What is a training management system?
Training management system is a process of collecting and listening to the opinions and suggestions of all parties on enterprise training.

According to the employees of different departments and levels, in the process of collecting their training needs, combined with the training arrangements and effects of enterprises in previous years and the short-term and medium-term goals of enterprise development, the needs of various departments are classified to provide suggestions and references for all parties to formulate annual training plans. In the process of constructing the training management system, the following misunderstandings should be avoided:

1. blindly pursue the number of courses, ignoring the quality of courses and the specific needs of enterprises for courses.

2. Ignoring students' needs, taking whatever classes they want, and not making clear their real interests.

3. Ignoring the relevant organization and hardware part of training, resulting in frequent situations in the training process.

4. The evaluation of training effect is inaccurate, and students' satisfaction is often taken as the final evaluation content.

5. The training duration planning is unreasonable, and the content is often too short or too short.

6. Lack of post-training training, thinking that the whole process is over when the training is finished.

In view of the above situation, our company uses the kanban function to add employees, and the main contents of daily training are posted on the kanban, so that employees can selectively go to training and check their mobile phones at any time to avoid being too long, impatient and uninterested, and forgetting these situations after training.
