Special post teachers are a special policy implemented by the central government for rural compulsory education in the central and western regions. By openly recruiting college graduates to teach in rural schools below the county level in the central and western regions, we will guide and encourage college graduates to engage in rural compulsory education, innovate the supplementary mechanism of rural school teachers, gradually solve the problems of insufficient total number of rural school teachers and unreasonable structure, improve the overall quality of rural teachers, and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education.
