June, quietly approaching, to the graduation season. Looking back on the days when I worked in the school student union for more than two years, it was beautiful and unforgettable. That time engraved my youth, my university and you!

In the past, I used your hard sweat and sincere tears to draw the most beautiful rainbow for the sky above us.

2017.05 —— Won the title of "Excellent Student Cadres" in Jiangsu Province;

2017.05 —— Won the title of "Four Innovations" Good Youth in Suzhou;

20 17.05 —— won the title of "excellent league cadre" in our school;

2017.03-won the title of "excellent student union cadre" in our school;

20 16.09 —— won the title of "excellent student" in elite training of the Youth League Committee;

20 16. 12—— won the title of "Excellent Volunteer" in the 8th Peasant Games of Jiangsu Province;

During his tenure as President of the Student Union of Suzhou Agricultural Vocational and Technical College and Head of the College Students Art Troupe, Zhou Chao planned, organized and participated in many large-scale activities inside and outside the school, such as:

(1) "Thousand People Fluorescent Fun Run" and "Thousand People Oath" of "Learn from Lei Feng" cultural month series activities;

(2) Activities such as "Mo Yun Liu Cai, Painting and Dyeing the Sky" Calligraphy Competition, "The Power of Wisdom" Chess Competition, "Outstanding Talents" Freshman Talent Show, "Chinese Dream-Missing Love" Three-line Poetry Competition, and "Cheerleading and Aerobics" Competition in the cultural month of 0/09 anniversary of Sunong/Kloc;

(3) China-Korea exchange meeting in the college;

(8) The 5th Art Exhibition of College Students in Jiangsu Province.

Discipline is the mother of victory.

As a youth student work group, the student union must have strict discipline, which is the face, voice and belief of the collective. My two years in the school student union have taught me that only when everyone in the organization regards discipline as the first creed of work can such an organization have the most tenacious vitality and charm. In addition to discipline, organization is also indispensable in a group like the Student Union. Cohesion generates strength, and unity breeds hope. As an organization serving all farmers in Jiangsu Province, the school student union needs communication and cooperation between various departments and colleagues in order to overcome difficulties. This is what I learned in my specific work.

Team is the nutrient for growth.

The work of the student union changed my mind. I clearly feel that the Student Union is a bridge between every student and southern Jiangsu, a base for inheriting and prospering campus culture, and a stage for all students in southern Jiangsu to realize their self-development. Therefore, the work of the student union should be rooted in and serve the students.

The student union is a steady and wise mentor to me, and my teaching is mainly reflected in two aspects: vertically, Su Yue, as an excellent student union worker, gave us this glorious baton, and when I took it, I secretly made up my mind to continue my excellent work style in the past; Horizontally speaking, since I joined the student union, I have been trying to be a "public servant of my classmates" from the first thing. At every regular work meeting, I can see the bright spot in an excellent colleague and learn from them through the constant impact of my own thoughts. It can be said that every member of the student union is a "mentor" who has benefited me a lot.

In my opinion, my ability to organize activities has been greatly improved. The effective maintenance of activity planning, attracting sponsorship, venue layout and activity order benefits from the active cooperation and continuous reflection of every colleague. University is the cradle full of yearning and passion. Sunong Student Union made me shed my young leaves when I first entered the university, and blossomed out the flowers of service and responsibility.

Executive ability, sense of responsibility and sense of collective honor are the benchmarks for me to regulate myself. Two years' experience, whether studying or working, is enough to benefit me for life.

Maybe it's fate. Thank you for meeting such a teacher in Sunong. They are as kind and easy-going as brothers and sisters, guiding me step by step and making me a better myself. From the obscure director of the school student union to the eye-catching president of the school student union, from being unable to carry out activities to being relaxed later, in addition to my own efforts, I also need the teacher's inculcation, tolerance and patience with us.

Thanks to Su Nong, I gained warmth, thanks to teachers, thanks to my classmates, thanks to my laughter, thanks to you, everything to Su Nong!
