China Fire and Rescue College, as an important part of the national comprehensive fire and rescue team, is the first specialized fire and rescue undergraduate college in China, an institution of higher learning directly under the Emergency Management Department, a training base for the main force of emergency rescue, and a cradle for the growth of the loyal guards of the production party and the people in China.

China Fire and Rescue College was renamed and established in February 20 18, which is the first specialized fire and rescue institution in China. The school can be traced back to the original teaching team of Heilongjiang Forest Police Corps, 1978, in which undergraduate education began in July 2004 and bachelor's degree was awarded in 2008.

Department specialty

As of March, 20021year, the college has set up six undergraduate majors. In February, 2022, official website showed that the college had five departments and three teaching departments. In February 2022, the school added aerospace engineering and fire detection.
