The author made an investigation on the handling of cases by the township discipline inspection commission, and thought that in order to change this situation, we must make efforts from the following aspects to urge the township discipline inspection commission to handle cases. First, the secretary of the township discipline inspection commission should improve his understanding of the case inspection work and change his thought of "not wanting to do it". At present, some township disciplinary committee secretaries do not pay enough attention to the anti-corruption work, and their understanding of case investigation is not in place. They think it doesn't matter whether the case investigation is done well or not. Only when the other central tasks arranged by the Party Committee and government are done well can we be practical and hard-working, and be useful to the image of the unit and personal future. Some even think that the investigation and handling of cases will affect the economic development, and that the idea of "not wanting to do it" should be changed "economically". The secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection should strengthen his understanding of anti-corruption work, fully understand the important role of the Commission for Discipline Inspection in anti-corruption work, and clearly realize that anti-corruption work is related to the stability of rural political power, social stability and the success or failure of urban-rural integration. Efforts should be made to eliminate the understanding that "handling cases will affect local economic development and cause a bad image of the government." Article 2 of "Regulations on Case Inspection of Disciplinary Inspection Organs in communist party, China" clearly stipulates that the guiding ideology of case inspection is to handle cases according to discipline, safeguard party constitution and other party laws and regulations, strictly observe party discipline, strengthen the building of a clean and honest party style, ensure reform and opening up, promote economic development and ensure the implementation of the party's basic line. As the secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection, we should focus on the discipline inspection and supervision work, integrate it into the case inspection work, change "not wanting to investigate" into "actively investigating", establish the consciousness that "doing discipline inspection and supervision well is the only way to promote the central work", and promote the development of discipline inspection and supervision work and central work. Second, we must have the feelings of discipline for the people, the spirit of hatred, and change the psychology of "dare not do it." On the issue of investigating and handling cases, there are "five fears" to varying degrees: First, they are afraid that township party committees and government leaders will not support them. As a case handler, it is unreasonable. Third, I am afraid of being retaliated and hurting my family. Fourth, fear of offending people and losing tickets is not conducive to personal growth and affects vital interests. Fifth, I am afraid that the investigation will be misunderstood. I am afraid that people will say that the cadres of the Commission for Discipline Inspection are "touching people", so I would rather be a "good man" than a "black boss"! In order to change the "fear" psychology of "dare not do it", the author believes that as a secretary of the Disciplinary Committee, he should have the feelings of discipline for the people, be fierce and hate, and be upright and upright. General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out in the report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China: "Resolutely punishing and effectively preventing corruption is a major political task that the Party must always grasp, which is related to the people's hearts and the life and death of the Party." Fourth, actively strive for the support of the party Committee and government, integrate the power of handling cases, and get out of the "impossible" dilemma. At present, there is still an environment where the township disciplinary Committee cannot handle cases.
