Chapter I General Principles

Article 1 Continuing medical education is a lifelong medical education form that focuses on learning new theories, new knowledge, new technologies and new methods after graduation. In order to strengthen and standardize the credit management of continuing medical education, according to the Regulations of Zhejiang Province on Continuing Medical Education (Trial) (Zhejiang Weifa [2002] 1 1No.) and the Measures for Granting and Managing Credits of Continuing Medical Education in Zhejiang Province (issued by Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee? 2007? 07), "Zhejiang Province Chinese Medicine Continuing Education Credit Granting Method" (Zhejiang Weifa [2002] 1 19), combined with the actual situation of our city, these measures are formulated.

Article 2 These Measures shall apply to the health technicians at or above the intermediate level in various medical and health institutions in Hangzhou.

Article 3 The credit management of continuing medical education shall be subject to a hierarchical management system, and all regions and units must be responsible for the credit management of continuing medical education objects in their own regions and units according to their functions.

Chapter II Credit Classification

Article 4 Continuing medical education projects are divided into four categories: national, provincial, municipal and popularization projects.

1, National Continuing Medical Education Project

(1) Projects reviewed, approved and published by the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education and the National Committee for Continuing Education of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

(2) Projects declared by the National Continuing Medical Education Base and approved and published by the National Continuing Medical Education Committee.

2, the provincial continuing medical education project

(1) Projects approved and published by Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee and Zhejiang Continuing Education Committee of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

(2) Projects declared by Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Base and approved by Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee.

(3) Provincial academic conference projects declared by academic organizations affiliated to Zhejiang Medical Academic Exchange Management Center, reviewed, approved and announced by Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee.

3, municipal continuing medical education project

(1) Project approved and published by Hangzhou Continuing Medical Education Committee.

(2) The municipal academic conference project declared by Hangzhou Medical and Health Association, reviewed, approved and announced by Hangzhou Continuing Medical Education Committee.

(3) Hangzhou medical and health units at all levels, municipal medical and health (Association) will declare, Hangzhou Continuing Medical Education Committee review, approval and announcement of the municipal academic lecture project.

4. Promotion projects

In order to meet the needs of primary health professional and technical personnel training and health emergency training, all on-the-job health personnel are trained (such as occupation

Article 5 Continuing medical education credits are divided into first-class credits and second-class credits. National and provincial continuing medical education projects and promotion projects can be awarded class I credits. Other forms of continuing medical education activities, such as holding municipal continuing medical education projects, self-study, publishing papers, scientific research projects, academic activities organized by units, can be awarded Class II credits.

Chapter III Credit Requirements

Sixth continuing medical education to implement the credit system, credit requirements for:

1, continuing medical education students participate in continuing medical education activities every year and get no less than 25 credits, including 5- 10 credits for Class I and 0/5-20 credits for Class II. Chapter IV Credit Standards

Article 7 Calculation Method of Class I Credits

1. Participated in national continuing medical education activities, and the participants passed the examination.

Calculated by 3-hour grant 1 credit; The lecturer awarded 2 credits per hour. Each project will receive no more than 10 credits.

2, the national distance continuing medical education projects and promotion projects according to the courseware hours awarded every 3 hours 1 credit. Each project does not exceed 5 credits.

3, to participate in the provincial continuing medical education activities, participants pass the examination, according to 6 hours awarded 1 credit; Instructors award 1 credit every hour. Each project does not exceed 5 credits.

4, to participate in the provincial academic conference class continuing medical education activities of credit granting standards:

(1) For the first to third authors, 4-3-2 credits will be awarded for reading papers at the conference;

(2) 2- 1- 1 credit will be awarded to the first to third authors of written communication papers at the conference (one author of each paper must attend the meeting for communication, otherwise no credit will be awarded);

(3) 1 credit for the first author's example exchange papers at the conference (the first author should attend the conference to exchange papers);

(4) For special academic lectures, the lecturer will be awarded 1 credit per hour;

(5) 3 credits will be awarded to all participants in the special lecture.

(6) The academic achievements awarded by each project shall not exceed 5 credits at most.

Article 8 Calculation Method of Class II Credits

1, municipal continuing medical education project

(1) Participate in municipal continuing medical education activities, and those who pass the examination will be awarded 6 hours 1 credit; Instructors award 1 credit every hour. Each project does not exceed 5 credits.

(2) criteria for granting credits for participating in continuing medical education activities at municipal academic conferences:

(1) The papers read by the conference will be awarded 4-3-2 credits to the first to third authors in turn;

(2) 2- 1- 1 credit will be awarded to the first to third authors of written communication papers at the conference (one author of each paper must attend the meeting for communication, otherwise no credit will be awarded);

(3) 1 credit for the first author's example exchange papers at the conference (the first author should attend the conference to exchange papers);

(4) Special academic lectures are awarded 1 credit by the speaker every hour;

⑤ 3 credits will be awarded to the whole class.

⑥ The score of each project shall not exceed 5 points at most.

(3) Criteria for granting credits for participating in municipal academic lectures and continuing medical education activities: lecturers are awarded 1 credit every hour, and listeners are awarded 0.5 credit every 3 hours.

Participating in the municipal continuing medical education program will earn no more than 10 credits.

2, all the self-study knowledge related to this subject should be self-study plan, approved by the undergraduate course room leadership before implementation. Write a summary after self-study, every 2000

Four new self-study materials in the form of magazines, audio-visual, CD-ROM, etc. formulated or designated by the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education or the Provincial Committee for Continuing Medical Education shall be assessed by the competent department of continuing medical education of the unit after the study, and credits shall be awarded according to the material credit standard stipulated by the Committee. 4. Scientific research projects

8. Academic reports, lectures, technical operation teaching, operation demonstration and new technology promotion organized by the unit. , each speaker can be awarded 2 credits, and participants can be awarded 0.5 credits. The annual credits of such participants shall not exceed 10 at most.

9. Clinical case discussion, case discussion organized by multi-departments and large rounds, each speaker can get 1 credit, and participants can get 0.2 credit. Participants can earn no more than 10 credits for the whole year.

10, participating in medical service activities such as aiding the west, rural areas, islands and foreign aid, or studying in other units sporadically, and the accumulated time in one year is less than 6 months. Those who pass the exam will be awarded 4 credits every month.

1 1. Participated in the special study of Chinese medicine personnel training in Hangzhou Health Bureau for more than 6 months, or completed the learning tasks of the year as planned, and those who passed the examination were deemed to have completed the credits of the year.

The above Class II credits are awarded by the competent department of continuing medical education of the unit or its superior competent department.

12, the distance continuing medical education (Class II credits) activities organized by the distance continuing medical education institutions recognized by the Provincial Continuing Medical Education Committee, and the participants won no more than 10 credits throughout the year.

In the first year of Kujou Hajime, he participated in medical service activities such as aiding the west, rural areas, islands and foreign aid for more than six months; Or approved by the unit, to other units for further study (including overseas training) for 6 months or more, and passed the examination; Or participate in the special study of Chinese medicine personnel training at or above the provincial level, and the training period is more than 6 months.

Those who pass the examination and train teachers to complete the training tasks as planned shall be deemed to have completed 25 credits of continuing medical education in that year.

Chapter V Issuance of Credit Cards

Article 10 National and provincial credit cards shall be uniformly printed by the Continuing Medical Education Committee at or above the provincial level, and municipal credit cards shall be uniformly printed by the Hangzhou Continuing Medical Education Committee.

Eleventh credit cards are handled by the project organizer. According to the published project number, name, credit granted, content, student list and student test scores, apply for a credit card to the project announcement unit, and issue the credit card after the project announcement unit agrees. The card is valid only after it is stamped by the project reporting unit.

Twelfth first-class credit certificate of distance continuing medical education project, the distance education institutions sponsored by the project provide students with relevant materials to participate in the study, and after verification by the office of Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee, the corresponding credit certificate will be issued.

Thirteenth national continuing medical education projects and projects organized by designated organizations announced by the National Continuing Medical Education Committee in our province shall be subject to the supervision of Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee. The organizer and the co-organizer of our province should report the relevant information to the office of Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee for the record two weeks before the project is held, and the credit card issued must be stamped with the seal of the office of Zhejiang Continuing Medical Education Committee before it can take effect; To participate in the national continuing medical education projects held in other provinces announced by the National Committee for Continuing Medical Education, it is necessary to obtain the consent of the functional departments of the unit in advance, and the credits obtained shall be borne by the unit.

It's only valid after signature. Provincial continuing medical education projects are implemented in strict accordance with the Measures for Credit Granting and Management of Continuing Medical Education Projects in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang Ji Wei Fa [2007] No.07).

Article 14 Units that practise fraud, issue certificates or grant credit indiscriminately shall be criticized, informed, and suspended for 1-3 years according to the seriousness of the case.

Chapter VI Credit Registration

Fifteenth credit registration unified use of continuing medical education registration book printed by the provincial continuing medical education committee.

Chapter VII Organization and Management

Article 19 The credit management of continuing medical education shall be classified, and the Municipal Health Bureau and the Municipal Committee of Continuing Medical Education shall be responsible for the supervision and guidance of the credit management of continuing medical education in the whole city, the issuance of municipal credit certificates and the audit of continuing medical education certificates. District and county (city) Health Bureau (Social Security Bureau) and the leading group of continuing medical education are responsible for the application and issuance of continuing medical education certificates in the local area, and supervise and guide the credit management of medical and health units in the local area; Each medical and health unit is responsible for the file construction, credit registration, certificate application and issuance of continuing medical education objects and the management of continuing medical education projects organized by the unit.

Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions

Twentieth these Measures shall come into force as of March 6, 2008+0. Measures of Hangzhou Municipality on the Administration of Continuing Medical Education Credits issued in 2003 (Hangzhou Weifa
