SYB (abbreviation: start your career) training is a module in the SIYB system (SIYB is the abbreviation of Start and Improve Your Business, which is translated as "start and improve your career" in Chinese). SIYB system is a full-time support and guidance system for social entrepreneurship, which is actively advocated by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China, and is specially tailored for entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises, aiming at promoting employment through entrepreneurship.

SYB entrepreneurship training contains the wisdom and practical experience of experts and scholars from more than 80 countries around the world, and it is also the concentrated wisdom of experts for more than 20 years. In recent years, SYB has been introduced to China in cooperation with the Asia-Pacific Employment Promotion Project (ILO) of the International Labour Organization and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security of China.

SYB training is for those who have entrepreneurial ideas and really intend to start a new business. It introduces participants to the steps of starting a business and how to complete the feasibility study of starting a business by themselves. The purpose of the "Entrepreneurship" training program is to enable people with entrepreneurial will to practice and implement all the steps of entrepreneurship, complete their own entrepreneurial plans, and provide follow-up support services to help them start their own businesses and achieve effective management.
