Unity Mosque, one of the oldest mosques in Sichuan, was originally named Taihe Chang Zhangjia Temple. Located in Yongding Village, Tuanjie Town, Pixian County, about15km west of Chengdu, Sichuan Province. It is funded by Zhang Taihe, Huimin County, Chengdu, and it is hidden in the fields of bamboo forests and green trees. The environment is quiet. It is said that the temple was built in the late Ming Dynasty (1643, the last year of the Ming Dynasty, the sixteenth year of Chongzhen), with a history of more than 30,000 years. There are three ancient monuments in the temple, one of which was built in the 11th year of Jiaqing (1806). First, Daoguang was established in two years (1822); One side stood in the first year of Xuantong (1909) and was embedded on both sides of the main hall, respectively describing the process of repairing the temple and the name and amount of the donor. At the time of liberation, there were 20 mu of water and 8 houses as fixed income sources. It was closed in 1950s and reopened at 1983. Now it covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, and the building area has been expanded from several hundred square meters to 1054 square meters, with an elegant pavilion of 18 meters. Successive managers are: Zhang Dafu, Zhang and others during Jiaqing period; Since the reopening of 1983, it has been managed by Ma, Ma and others, and served as an imam. There are also Ma Hengshun, Ma, Wu Imam and Jiang. Starting from 1994, Imam Ma of Xichang presided over the educational administration.
