Collecting and analyzing tax information, collecting, sorting out and studying tax laws and regulations;

Provide timely consultation on tax issues raised by various financial departments and other departments of the group;

Keep close contact with all departments, even if problems in daily operation are found and solved;

Participate in the tax management of the daily business model of the group, assist the group to establish the overall tax saving model, put forward improvement suggestions, and continuously reduce management costs;

Participate in major business such as group mergers and acquisitions, and put forward tax opinions and suggestions;

Responsible for the overall scheme guidance of tax planning for all projects of the Group, assist regional companies in tax planning, and maintain good communication with national tax authorities and foreign affairs offices;

Formulate the overall tax plan, supervise the tax declaration, be responsible for the company's tax planning and avoid the company's tax risks;

Ensure the implementation of tax policies; Formulate tax strategies to maximize the company's tax benefits and provide professional tax advice for senior management's business strategy and investment decision;

Grasp the national tax laws, policies and relevant regulations in time, make tax training courseware, and conduct tax training for financial departments of various companies;

Responsible for guiding and controlling the systematic construction of tax compliance in regional departments, including the standardization of management systems, processes and operational guidelines, and controlling daily tax risks. Statistics and analysis of tax information; Organize and coordinate external tax inspection to control tax risks;

Collect local tax-related laws and regulations, conduct business model tax research and planning, and implement them;

Responsible for the coordination of special tax audit work such as accounting firm audit, domestic and foreign audit, and ensure the timely and accurate provision of information;
