According to the requirements of the Implementation Measures for Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions in Tianjin and other related documents, combined with the actual situation of personnel demand in our school, it is planned to openly recruit professional teachers for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic information of the school
Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, founded in 1958, is one of the earliest financial universities in New China. At present, a multi-disciplinary university has been built, which focuses on economic management, and eight disciplines, such as literature, law, science, engineering, teaching and art, intersect and develop in a coordinated way. In applied economics and business administration, there are many research achievements at the forefront of disciplines, which have long played an important role in providing think tank services for Tianjin's economic and social development. On the basis of building an international and ecological harmonious campus, the school implements the strategy of establishing a school by disciplines, strengthening the school by talents, improving quality and internationalization, and is committed to building a high-level university of finance and economics with outstanding characteristics and international reputation.
Second, the release and release of the recruitment plan
The open recruitment plan was published on the recruitment information column of the website of Tianjin Education Commission () and the open recruitment column of the portal of Tianjin University of Finance and Economics (www.tjufe.edu.cn) from February 28th to March 8th, 2022.

Third, the recruitment conditions
(1) A candidate shall meet the following conditions:
1. has the nationality of the people of China;
2. Abide by the Constitution and laws;
3. Good conduct;
4. Have the required majors or skills for the post, and refer to the professional guidance catalogue issued by the Ministry of Education;
5. Physical conditions that meet the post requirements;
6. Should have the corresponding education and degree required for the post, and have the professional knowledge and comprehensive quality required for the post.
7. Non-Tianjin graduates must meet the conditions for settlement in Tianjin; Personnel from other provinces and cities should comply with the relevant policies of Tianjin to introduce talents; Social personnel need to be able to handle the transfer procedures;
8. The applicant must obtain the diploma and degree certificate before September 1 2022;
9. Other conditions required by the post.
(2) It is not applicable in any of the following circumstances:
1. Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes or have been dismissed from public office;
2. Persons who have been put on file for review;
3. Those who are found to have cheated in the recruitment of civil servants and public institutions are prohibited from taking the exam within a time limit;
4. Non-fresh graduates of full-time study;
5. military personnel;
6. The object of joint disciplinary action for dishonesty is restricted from being recruited as a staff member of a public institution according to law;
7. Persons who are not allowed to be employed under other circumstances as stipulated by law;
8. Candidates are not allowed to apply, which constitutes a recruitment position in avoidance relationship.
Fourth, open recruitment procedures.
The recruitment work is carried out in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Implementation Measures for Open Recruiting Personnel in Public Institutions in Tianjin (Trial) (Tianjin Human Resources and Social Security Bureau 1 1) and other documents.
(1) Registration
Registration time: 9: 00 am on March 9, 2022-4:00 pm on March 13.
Registration method: this open recruitment registration is conducted online. Log in to our online recruitment system to register, and the registration website is /zpseys/.
Important note:
1. Repeated declaration or job hopping is not allowed during the registration period. Please read the recruitment plan carefully before applying. Non-registration time or other means of registration is invalid, and each person is limited to one post.
2. The application materials submitted by the applicant shall be true and accurate. If false application materials are provided, once verified, the application qualification will be cancelled. Those who forge or alter relevant documents, materials and information without authorization to cheat the examination qualification will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations, and the consequences will be borne by the applicants themselves.
(2) Qualification examination
The college (department) and the personnel department shall conduct preliminary qualification examination for the applicants according to the recruitment conditions, and the preliminary qualification examination shall be conducted within two working days after the registration is completed. The list of qualified candidates will be published in the open recruitment column of the school website (www.tjufe.edu.cn). Candidates can also check the results of individual preliminary examination through the online recruitment system, and the registration for corresponding positions will be closed.
The ratio of the number of people who actually passed the preliminary qualification examination to the number of people in the job recruitment plan is less than 3: 1, and the job recruitment plan is reduced or the job recruitment is cancelled accordingly.
Definition of age: counting from the date of opening the registration system, for example, registration started on March 9, 2022, and people born after March 9 were under 30 years old, 199 1, and so on.
(3) written examination
The written examination adopts the closed-book examination method. The written test mainly examines the comprehensive quality and post competence of candidates. The written test subjects are "Professional Ability Test" and "Professional Subjects", and the full score of each subject is 100. Rank the written test scores from high to low, and determine the list of candidates who enter the interview according to the ratio of the number of recruitment positions to the number of people who participate in the interview 1: 3. When the number of people who entered the interview for the recruitment position is less than 1: 3, the interview will be conducted according to the actual number of people who entered the interview for the position. If the written test scores are tied, they will enter the interview session together.
The written test results will be published in the open recruitment column of the school website (www.tjufe.edu.cn) within 7 working days after the written test, and applicants can also check through the online recruitment system.
Those who enter the interview need to go to the school for qualification examination. The specific time and requirements will be announced in the open recruitment column of the company website (www.tjufe.edu.cn). (4) Interview evaluation
Please pay attention to the notice of our online recruitment system for interview arrangement, which shall be subject to its published requirements.
Interview assessment includes interview, trial lecture and other links, mainly to assess the job performance, professional ability and comprehensive quality of candidates. Interview assessment is divided into two levels: departmental assessment and school assessment. Full mark 100, passing line 60, with one decimal place reserved. Those who fail the departmental assessment (the score is lower than the passing line) will not enter the school assessment, and those who pass the departmental assessment will enter the school assessment according to the score from high to low, and the number will not exceed 2 times of the number of post plans. The evaluation method of school evaluation is the same as that of department evaluation. The interview results are calculated according to the weight of 60% of the department assessment and 40% of the school assessment, and those who fail the school assessment are not calculated. The interview results will be posted on the school website (www. Tjufe.edu.cn) Within 7 working days after the interview evaluation.
(5) Physical examination
According to the interview assessment results, the number of people participating in the physical examination is determined according to the post plan. Those who enter the physical examination should have a physical examination in the physical examination department of Tianjin 3A General Hospital designated by the school. The physical examination items and standards should be implemented with reference to the unified national civil service physical examination standards and procedures, and the expenses should be borne by themselves. Failing to attend the medical examination within the specified time or the medical examination results do not meet the requirements, the medical examination qualification shall be cancelled. On-the-job personnel should provide the consent letter issued by the personnel department of the original unit before the physical examination.
(6) Investigation
Physical examination personnel enter the inspection link, and the school organizes internship inspection, mainly to inspect the applicant's ideological and political performance, moral quality, professional ability and work performance.
(7) Publicity and employment
The school will select the best candidates according to the interview assessment, physical examination and inspection results. The publicity scope of the candidate's information is the same as that of the recruitment information, and the publicity time is 7 working days.
After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection or the problems reflected do not affect the employment, the school shall go through the employment procedures according to the prescribed procedures; If there are serious problems and there is evidence, they will not be hired; If there are serious questions in the reply, but it is difficult to verify for a while, the employment will be suspended, and then the employment will be decided after verification and conclusion.
The person to be hired must complete the registration and entry procedures within 6 months from the date of the end of the publicity. Except in special circumstances, the registration period can be extended with the consent of the school (not more than three months), others are regarded as automatic waiver.
After the open recruitment interview, if there are unqualified and automatic abandonment in each link, the school will make up the candidates' test scores from high to low.
