Health certificate requirements are as follows:

2. Bring your ID card and two one-inch color photos without a hat, receive the medical examination form, pay the medical examination fee at the toll booth, paste the photos (the other one is for health certificate), and fill in the basic information such as name and gender;
3. Laboratory blood collection and stool anal swab test;
4, internal and surgical routine physical examination;
5, X-ray chest X-ray;
6. Complete all physical examination items.
To sum up, if the physical examination results meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, if the physical examination results do not meet the conditions for issuing health certificates, the health certificates will not be processed. Food production and marketing personnel shall carry out health examination every year and obtain health certificates before taking part in the work.
