Legal analysis: The Labor Law stipulates that wages shall be paid during the training period. The training period is only one or two days and will not be treated differently. If the training period is long, it shall not be lower than the local minimum wage. If the induction training period is a probation period, the salary shall not be less than 80% of my official salary.

Legal basis: Article 48 of the Labor Law of People's Republic of China (PRC). The state implements the minimum wage guarantee system. The specific standard of the minimum wage shall be formulated by the people's governments of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government and reported to the State Council for the record.
