Requirements for licensed assistant doctors:

Candidates who take the qualification examination for assistant doctors practicing Chinese medicine are divided into three categories: one is graduates from high schools and other Chinese medicine colleges with nationally recognized qualifications; One is the person who is recognized by the state to learn by the way of a teacher; One is foreigners who meet the registration requirements and residents of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

(2) The conditions for master's and doctoral students to take the qualification examination of Chinese medicine doctors are the same as those for master's and doctoral students in China.

2. Residents of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao:

(1) The conditions for residents in Taiwan Province Province to take the qualification examination for Chinese medicine doctors are the same as those for foreigners;

(2) after obtaining a bachelor's degree in Chinese medicine in the Mainland, he has been practicing in a tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in the Mainland for one year and passed the examination. Hong Kong and Macao residents who have obtained legal medical qualifications in Hong Kong and Macao and obtained medical licenses in Hong Kong and Macao for more than one year may sign up for the examination;

(3) The conditions for master's and doctoral students to take the qualification examination of Chinese medicine doctors are the same as those for mainland master's and doctoral students;

(4) Hong Kong residents have obtained bachelor's degrees in traditional Chinese medicine from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University, and have obtained the legal right to practice medicine in Hong Kong. Having worked as an intern in a tertiary Chinese medicine hospital in the Mainland for one year without interruption and passed the examination, and having obtained a practicing license in Hong Kong for more than one year; Macao residents who have obtained a bachelor's degree in traditional Chinese medicine from Macao University of Science and Technology and obtained the legal right to practice medicine in Macao, who have been practicing in the mainland for one year and passed the examination, or who have obtained the qualification certificate of Macao medical practitioners for more than one year, may apply for taking the qualification examination for Chinese medical practitioners.
