Teachers' experience in reviewing at the end of the term is selected. There are various methods and forms of primary school mathematics review, but the review method of "step by step feedback and step by step improvement" is indeed an efficient, reasonable, flexible and comprehensive review method. Using this method can make students avoid falling into the sea of questions and improve the review efficiency. In view of the characteristics of the general review of primary school mathematics, such as wide coverage, large quantity, many contents, tight time, arduous task and easy polarization, the review method of "step by step feedback and step by step improvement" is a targeted review teaching, which makes the review class closer to the students' reality and achieves better review effect in less time.
First, focus on the foundation, then improve and give comprehensive feedback. Students should master knowledge in an all-round way, internalize a complete knowledge system and conduct comprehensive review systematically and comprehensively. Teachers should systematize students' basic knowledge effectively and reasonably, internalize the knowledge structure, enhance students' initiative to participate in learning activities, and let students find problems, ask questions, think, discuss and analyze, and finally draw conclusions, and can use them flexibly. The first stage of review should focus on the foundation, comprehensive feedback, improvement and rediscovery. The general review of primary school mathematics is carried out after students have learned eight parts: integers and decimals, simple equations, divisibility of numbers, fractions and percentages, preliminary knowledge of measurement units and geometry, ratios and proportions, simple statistical tables and application questions. The interval between knowing before and after is six years. If students can't fully understand their knowledge, they should first give comprehensive exploratory feedback. That is, based on the syllabus, aiming at the basis, key points and difficult contents of each part of knowledge, six or seven topics with moderate difficulty are selected as homework, and students are required to complete them independently and seriously on the basis of their own review. Teachers found the problems among students through correcting, and set out to write lesson plans for review, focusing on clarifying the knowledge structure network of basic concepts, basic calculations, basic operations and basic applications, and then guiding students to clarify their mastery level and make a summary. In view of students' feedback through comprehensive inquiry, this paper focuses on solving typical comprehensive test questions in all parts of knowledge and clarifies the problem-solving ideas of all parts of knowledge.
Second, close to reality, special review, strengthen targeted training, carry out special review methods, and review ideas of divide and conquer. First, pay attention to the "hierarchical guidance" of class students, develop and cultivate their personalities, and encourage students to check each other's papers and improve together. In hierarchical guidance, it is necessary to establish the main goals of gifted students-foolproof examination of questions and flexible application of solving problems, the main goals of intermediate students-careful examination, efforts to improve, and the main goals of students with learning difficulties-a solid foundation and a bottom line of knowledge. In the process of operation, it is required to immediately summarize and sort out all kinds of feedback from students, establish the review focus of review ideas, and strengthen pertinence. Attach importance to both the similarities and differences of students and individual differences. First, pay attention to the feedback of unit papers, comprehensive papers and students' self-evaluation, review each chapter of knowledge together, strengthen the coherence of knowledge, mobilize students' enthusiasm for review, and improve the effect of each review lesson. In this review stage, we should flexibly choose the opportunity to conduct special tests. On the basis of the evaluation of special papers, students are required to make a written self-evaluation of the situation reflected in the papers. After checking and filling in the gaps, comprehensive test paper feedback should be conducted according to the situation reflected by each unit, that is, targeted fill-in and directional review, and then directional breakthrough should be made after problems are found. In training, it is necessary to achieve timing and quantification, pursue the unity of speed and effect, encourage students to record a book "Review of Wrong Questions Set", use wrong questions set flexibly, read and analyze frequently, and try to avoid repeating mistakes. Concentrate on making up the "defects" and really improve the review efficiency.
Third, find out the completeness and limitations of students' knowledge, improve it in an all-round way, internalize the knowledge structure, enhance the overall feedback of the subject, and effectively improve students' comprehensive quality. In the final stage of "gradual feedback and gradual improvement", the principle of taking students as the main body should always be reflected everywhere. Teachers should get rid of the false and keep the true, and analyze, summarize and sort out all kinds of feedback information from the outside to the inside, so that students can discover and put forward new problems step by step, guide thinking, discussion, summary and flexible application, so as to discover the defects of students' overall and local mastery and effectively improve their comprehensive quality.
Selection of review experience for final teachers. Heavy snow, cold wind whistling, the old year passed away, the new year came, and the passionate seventh grade last semester ended in a hurry. Looking back on this semester's work, there are joys and sorrows, joys and sorrows. I am the head teacher of Class 7 (1) this semester. In this semester, I mainly did the following work.
First of all, fully understand the students. Only by fully understanding students can we educate students in a targeted manner, teach students in accordance with their aptitude, and guide them according to the situation, and the effect of education will be obvious. After a semester's work as a class teacher, I found that the students in this class can be divided into the following categories in terms of personality; 1) energetic, these students are extroverted and easy to accept new things, but they are also impulsive, somewhat willful, unable to withstand setbacks and have poor self-control ability; 2) Timid and introverted, such students are introverted and have poor acceptance and sensitivity to new things. They don't like to communicate with teachers, and they don't like to show their abilities. 3) Aggressive, such students distinguish between right and wrong, aggressive, self-motivated.
The first kind of students like free study and entertainment, and are easily influenced by bad environment. Once you can't catch it, you will do something that violates the class rules.
Although the second type of students are relatively stable, they are easy to lose opportunities.
The third kind of students are excellent as long as they are correctly guided and strengthened. At the same time, with the implementation of our school being placed under the local authority, the situation of students has also changed greatly. A large number of parents are in business, or migrant workers, or single parents, which makes the education of students largely a unilateral matter of the school. In this case, as a class teacher, it is obviously not feasible to stick to the previous practice. Therefore, in the new semester, I made the following attempts, and recorded them specially to play a guiding role for the next semester.
First, clear class discipline, class rules, standardize student behavior.
When students enter junior high school from primary school, they stand at a new starting point, and the code of conduct should have new requirements and be clear. So, as soon as the school started, I organized students to study the Code of Conduct for Middle School Students and the Code of Conduct for Middle School Students in the Fourth Railway Institute, combined with the development characteristics of our school in the new period, injected new methods and vitality, combined with the reality, analyzed them one by one with examples, and made clear their phenomena, causes and harms, and took it as a program of action. When there is a problem, handle it in time according to the specification and find out the improvement measures. On the second basis, I worked out the class rules suitable for this class with my classmates.
Second, carefully select and train class cadres and train "leaders"
A group of good class cadres can lead by example, drive and inspire the whole class, make the class spirit pure and lead the whole class to the road of progress. Therefore, I dare not relax in the selection and training of class cadres. In view of the special situation of seventh-grade students, class cadres are basically determined by the combination of student selection and personal appointment. After management, the effect is good, and everyone can consciously safeguard the collective interests of the class and increase their sense of responsibility and honor. At the same time, I also pay attention to the importance of training. In order to establish their prestige among classmates, we give special guidance to class cadres and our teachers in their studies, and train class cadres in management methods. Let students be willing to be class cadres and be willing to be class cadres. The class atmosphere has always been good.
Third, take measures to actively promote contact and communication with parents.
Children's education is inseparable from the cooperation between teachers and parents. Children's performance at home can only be understood by parents, and students' performance at school should also be fed back to parents in time. Only by doing these two things can we get the effect of education. However, because parents are mostly in the backbone age of the unit and are busy with work, it is difficult to do ordinary contact. So this semester, I started a blog named "Teacher Yin's Sunshine House" on the Internet, and published the class size and exam results, so that parents can easily understand their children's situation at school. At the same time, parents can leave messages on blogs, which greatly facilitates the contact with parents and makes the contact between teachers and parents closer.
Fourth, provide students with a stage to show their abilities and cultivate their self-confidence.
After fully understanding the characteristics, personality and specialties of each student, I implemented the duty student system in my class, and made each student responsible for different aspects according to each student's characteristics. Because they are good at it, everyone is responsible for it very well, especially the blackboard newspaper period is extremely beautiful and the theme is outstanding, which is well received by teachers and students. Our class has won the flowing red flag many times in a row, which is related to the contribution of each student. At the same time, I took advantage of the class meeting time to hold a class meeting with the theme of "showing my style", giving students time and space to fully display their talents, allowing students to re-recognize themselves and greatly increase their self-confidence.
As a class teacher, it is not enough to manage students well. It is also necessary to balance all disciplines and communicate with teachers in order to seek the balance and development of all disciplines. This semester, in addition to coordinating all subjects, I mainly deal with math problems. After the mid-term exam, the students in this class are very lax about mathematics, and there is also a phenomenon of default in their homework. The grades plummeted. Classroom discipline has also declined. The math teacher is very dissatisfied. In this case, I held a class meeting with the theme of "Seven or Eight Tongues Mathematics" in my class. Let students talk freely about math problems, analyze the situation at the same time, answer their puzzles, put forward hope and promulgate reward policies. Through this series of activities, students' mental state in mathematics has been greatly improved. The classroom is back to normal. Great progress has been made in the final exam results.
Of course, while managing the class well, I also actively cooperate with the pace of the school and carry out various activities: routine management, sunshine sports, military training, and so on. All completed the task with good quality and quantity.
With the joint efforts of teachers of all subjects in this class, all the work of this class has been carried out smoothly. Some achievements have also been made. We are in the top grades in the mid-term and final exams. One person won the first prize and one person won the third prize in the Chinese knowledge contest. Two people won the second prize and one won the third prize in the national English proficiency competition. Two people won the third prize in the History and Social Knowledge Competition.
Teachers review experience at the end of the term: problems and countermeasures;
1. The student base is weak. The tail is longer. An underachiever will waste three top students. These people just grasp the foundation, which is laborious and time-consuming, and it has never been effective. And this part of the students' consciousness is poor, and the teachers are anxious like ants on hot bricks, and they are still very passive, alas-
2. Students have no sense of urgency, no sense of tension, and no pressure is the biggest pressure for teachers. Of course, it is not that teachers are lazy, and the workload of teachers cannot be reduced on this basis. Mobilizing every parent to participate can improve efficiency. Every parent is equivalent to half a teacher, especially the parents of underachievers. Putting pressure on parents is putting pressure on students.
3. Group management is also very good: one can manage three, and all the work can be done at home, which can manage both discipline and study.
Test site analysis
1. Basic knowledge: The score of basic knowledge will not be great. Even if the basic knowledge is not lost, there will be more than 40 points behind. If the latter two cannot be solved well, there can be no progress.
2. Reading: (1) Reading is difficult. The problem now is very lively, and unusual things often happen, which is difficult to predict. But this ratio is not very large, about two or three points each time. The rest is the understanding part. No matter what kind of questions are related to reading the article, you can't do anything if you don't understand the article, so it's normal to get a score of three to five. Therefore, a key problem to be solved in reading is to let students calm down and read the article, understand the article and read the book a hundred times.
(2) Cultivate students' habit of carefully examining questions. If everyone carefully examines the questions, the average score can be at least increased by 1.
In short, the exam is approaching, and the teacher is racing against time for fear that the students will not understand anything. After talking about this and that, the students may have been impatient for a long time, but the teacher still enjoys it. Some students who have better questions think that the teacher is wasting time, but some students have not mastered it, so it is inevitable to start work on some students. Sometimes I can't help giggling at some students' questions. Later I thought, after all, children are different. As a teacher, you should be generous, otherwise the consequences will be unimaginable.
Before the exam, the teacher is always very busy and always wants to go through all the contents, which is always practical for the students. After the exam, I feel that being busy reviewing has not played much role. But I will continue to review nervously tomorrow, and I won't relax until the exam. After the exam, I expect to get a good score, but I often get a 123 because of the gap of several tenths. Of course, I am also happy to do well in the exam, and I can have a good holiday. If I don't do well in the exam, I may feel uncomfortable during the holiday. After the holiday, it is a new round of teaching, and the results can only explain the past. Keep trying. I don't know whether being a teacher is full or sad!
I recommend it carefully.
