Time flies. It has been thirteen years since I stepped onto the platform as a teacher. There were tears and laughter along the way. There are confusions and gains. Teachers are "engineers of the human soul" and shoulder the historical mission of cultivating talents for the construction and development of the motherland. The construction of teachers' morality and style is an important part of a school. Only in a good environment of teachers' morality and style can students grow up healthily. Teachers can achieve better teaching results. Teachers' morality is the code of conduct and criterion for regulating the relationship between teachers and students, teachers and teachers, teachers and parents of students, and it is also the basic requirement of a certain society and its class for teachers' professional behavior. By studying the mobilization meeting of teachers' morality and style organized by the county education bureau and the mobilization meeting of "Lide Shu Ren's morality and style" organized by the school, I have a profound understanding. I know that a good teacher should have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility. Only in this way can we love our education object-students. For students, we should devote all our love to discover their progress in learning, find every bright spot in their life and morality, and then use incentive mechanism to fully affirm and encourage them, restore their warmth and enhance their self-confidence, so as to narrow the spiritual distance between teachers and students and let them "learn from teachers."
