Before the sales department resumes business, all housing enterprises should report the resumption of business to the Real Estate and Housing Security Center for review. For enterprises that resume work without authorization, our bureau will deal with them severely according to relevant regulations.
2. Implement prevention and control measures before returning to work. Before returning to work, all construction enterprises and real estate enterprises should conscientiously do a good job in cleaning, ventilation and disinfection of the environment such as sheds, canteens and sales departments, clean up sanitary corners and strengthen duty. Each project department should strengthen management, check and register all personnel entering the site and vehicles to ensure full coverage. Take the construction site as the unit, prepare observation points to deal with emergencies. All enterprises should take the initiative to create conditions to purchase masks, thermometers, protective clothing and other prevention and control materials, and make good preparations.
