For example, for premature infants, blood vessels should be selected first. For newborns, radial artery and brachial artery are the most important, while femoral artery is rarely selected. Because the femoral artery is thick, but the position is not fixed well and the trauma is great, then feel the pulse by hand to determine the position of the blood vessel, and determine the angle of needle insertion according to the child's fat and thin, and the action should be stable, accurate and fast. These are the main points of work, which need you to practice and ponder in your work. Although blue light therapy is simple, nursing work is also very important.
