Self-evaluation of continuing nursing education
Self-evaluation is an individual's self-summary of a period of study or work. Self-evaluation can sum up specific experiences. Let's make a self-evaluation. So how do we write self-evaluation? The following are six articles on self-evaluation of continuing nursing education compiled by me. Welcome to reading. I hope you will like them.

How time flies! I completed my advanced study in the Neonatal Department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University. I am very grateful to the hospital leaders for giving me this rare opportunity. In just three months, under the careful guidance of the head nurse and the teaching teacher in neonatology department, I learned valuable knowledge and clinical operation that I have never encountered in my usual work. Let me introduce my study experience. On the first day of work, the most direct impression was that the neonatal room was very busy, and the nurses shuttled between neonatal incubators all the time. In my observation, intravenous infusion and premature feeding are the busiest parts. Newborns have a nurse and an assistant in each room, and they work together to complete the work of this class. Everyone in each shift must finish the work, hand over the shift clearly and easily, and get off work easily. During the shift change, every newborn is handed over to the bedside one by one, which is by no means a form, but a kind of seriousness. Each shift should check the whole body skin condition, color, rash, erythema, whether there is skin ulceration and whether it needs treatment. Before infusion every day, the nurse should check whether the indwelling needle is intact, whether there is blood return, whether there is leakage, and whether there is redness and swelling in the local skin.

The neonatal ward has good disinfection and isolation measures. Before entering the neonatal ward, the staff should change clothes and shoes. Every day, there are special staff to wipe and disinfect the warm box used by children, and the children will be disinfected after leaving the box. Each ward has a sink and hand sanitizer, and each incubator is equipped with hand sanitizer. Every day when the doctor comes to make rounds, the first thing to do is to wash your hands. When they see a child touching another child, they will definitely wash their hands first and then wipe them with a special paper towel. Needless to say, nurses wash their hands before each operation. Although they are busy with their work, they will not omit this link. Hand washing has become everyone's habit, because everyone has deeply realized that hand washing is the cheapest measure to prevent hospital feeling, but it is the most effective.

In the work, I learned the knowledge of premature infant arterial blood sampling, neonatal indwelling gastric tube, neonatal gastric lavage, blue light therapy, premature infant intravenous nutrition and scientific feeding. For example, for premature infants, blood vessels should be selected first. For newborns, radial artery and brachial artery are the most important, while femoral artery is rarely selected. Because the femoral artery is thick, but the position is not fixed well and the trauma is great, then feel the pulse by hand to determine the position of the blood vessel, and determine the angle of needle insertion according to the child's fat and thin, and the action should be stable, accurate and fast. These are the main points of work, which need you to practice and ponder in your work. Although blue light therapy is simple, nursing work is also very important. Newborns are prone to crying and sweating when they come into contact with the strange environment of phototherapy box for the first time. It is necessary to dry the baby's sweat in time, keep the skin clean and dry, and avoid catching cold. Feed the baby some warm water during exposure. After phototherapy, the newborn's stool is mostly dark green paste. Pay attention to cleaning the buttocks to prevent red buttocks. After phototherapy, keep warm.

At the same time, during these three months, I deeply felt that the medical staff here not only have good knowledge and technology, but also have humanized management, good teamwork, advanced equipment and technical level and excellent service in the department, which is also part of my learning content. They don't pay lip service to humanized service, but actually do it, and truly care for children. If you use CAPA, you will use gauze pads on both sides of your head to prevent squeezing. When tearing the tape on your face, lubricate it with paraffin oil before tearing it. The action is very gentle. The children here will insert the stomach tube from the mouth, not the nasal cavity, because they don't want to lose a nasal cavity because of the stomach tube, which will aggravate the difficulty in breathing. For premature infants, the environment is relatively quiet, and the sound and operation are as light as possible to reduce the stimulation of sound. Moreover, there is a cover on the incubator, and all treatments are focused on reducing light and external stimuli.

In terms of nursing documents, their various nursing records are required to be recorded accurately according to time and requirements, and each record should be signed in full name after filling in. Newborns should be weighed every time they urinate and defecate, and recorded accurately. Some critically ill newborns are often in a state of near death, such as abnormal heart rate, oxygen saturation and apnea. It is necessary to make good records, including clinical observation, continuous monitoring of life information and illness changes by various monitors, and timely record a large number of collected data in neonatal nursing records, so as to understand the dynamic changes of illness and notify doctors in time if abnormalities are found.

Because most of them are premature babies, the condition changes very quickly. I remember once, my teacher and I were inserting an intravenous indwelling needle into a newborn who had just been admitted to the hospital. There is a premature baby who has been hospitalized for many days and his condition is relatively stable. Suddenly, his blood oxygen dropped sharply, and his face and lips turned blue. We immediately found out the reason and increased the oxygen flow. It turned out that there was phlegm blocking the airway and he couldn't breathe. We immediately sucked sputum and cleaned the respiratory secretions in time, and the child's face became rosy. Therefore, in the neonatal department, we should not take it lightly at any time. We should always observe the changes of the child's condition and deal with it in time. In a word, my skills and thoughts have been improved obviously through my study in the Second Hospital. As a newborn nurse, we should not only have high skills, but also have advanced nursing concepts to improve the quality of personnel. We should have a sense of responsibility, love and conscience, do every job well, strictly abide by the aseptic operation and disinfection and isolation system, avoid cross-infection, improve the quality of nursing, and be the protective angel of every child.

I think, if everyone can enjoy work as a life, then the motivation, enthusiasm and sincerity of work are there, and the realistic environment requires us to work with incomparable enthusiasm. Finally, I want to thank the hospital leaders again for giving me this precious learning opportunity, which has given me a lot of experiences and insights. I have more thoughts about my life and work, and I hope it can penetrate into my mind and bring new ideas to my life. I will constantly absorb new ideas and technologies and move forward forever.

Self-evaluation of nursing further education 2. I completed a one-year further education in XX Department of XX Hospital. During the study period, I will abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, respect teachers, unite colleagues, and be strict with myself, so as not to be late, leave early, be absent from work without reason, and leave my post without authorization. I am kind to patients and have a good attitude. I try my best to apply my theoretical knowledge and basic skills to practice. In this process, I constantly sum up my learning methods and clinical experience, strive to improve my ability to think independently, solve problems independently and work independently, and constantly cultivate my lofty thoughts and good professional ethics of serving the people wholeheartedly. Through this study, I improved my level of writing related medical literature. Enhanced the ability of diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases in internal medicine; Further mastered the treatment methods of dangerous, serious and urgent patients. During this period, I actively participated in the business study organized by learning units and departments, which made my study life more substantial and meaningful. Teachers attach great importance to the cultivation of the younger generation, and the first-line or senior doctors report the medical history first when making rounds; The superior doctor carefully inquired about the medical history, analyzed the possible causes, made further relevant examinations, made a diagnosis and determined the treatment plan. This will enable patients to get reasonable treatment systematically and systematically, and at the same time let young doctors know more. With the care and help of the director of internal medicine and the second-line teachers in all subjects, the rotation of each group was successfully completed. Through study, I have been able to master the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases in internal medicine, and I can independently complete routine operations in internal medicine, such as closed thoracic drainage and pleural biopsy.

A year's study and life is fleeting. In this short year, I was deeply impressed by the First Hospital of xi Jiaotong University, and I also had many feelings and gains. While broadening my horizons and enriching my professional knowledge, I also deeply realized the charm of medical career. I deeply felt the concept of "people-oriented" and advocated humanistic care.

Standardized medical management and workflow and strict rules and regulations are the basis for preventing medical accidents. The good service attitude of medical staff makes the doctor-patient relationship harmonious. On the basis of perfecting various rules and regulations, the hospital has truly achieved smiling service and thoughtful service. In the ward, medical staff contact patients more, understand their pain and thoughts, and try their best to help them solve problems. The system of ward rounds, discussion of difficult cases and major operations has been gradually implemented and improved. My study life is full and enjoyable, and with many new experiences and gains, my study life has been enriched.

In the days of further study, my professional knowledge has been consolidated and increased, and I have learned many advanced technologies and methods. While I am happy with my efforts and gains, I am determined to bring the knowledge and ideas I have learned back to my post, hoping to apply the new technologies and knowledge I have learned to clinic, such as closed thoracic drainage and pleural biopsy in respiratory department. For patients with massive pleural effusion or repeated pleural effusion, a thinner drainage tube such as central venous catheter can be used for closed thoracic drainage during hospitalization, which can not only reduce the pain caused by thoracic puncture every day, but also save the time and energy of clinicians and better serve other patients. Another example is pleural biopsy, which provides a strong pathological basis for the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, pleural tuberculosis and chest metastasis of lung cancer, and guides the next treatment well.

Self-evaluation of nursing further education Chapter III In a blink of an eye, the two-month further education in the neonatal department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital affiliated to Zhejiang University has been successfully concluded, and inventory learning can be described as both enjoyable and beneficial.

When I first arrived in Hangzhou, everything seemed strange, unfamiliar with the environment of hospitals and departments, unfamiliar with the surrounding routes, and different schedules disrupted the biological clock. I was homesick and missed my children when I first arrived, which made me feel that the first half of my study was very long every day. But the head nurse, director and teaching teacher here made me familiar with the environment and workflow of the ward quickly and adapted to the life and work here. After that, I established a harmonious relationship with them, and the days passed quickly and fully. I learned advanced nursing concepts and techniques here, and felt their high work enthusiasm, rigorous work style and cooperative team spirit, which really made me glad you came.

First, systematically learn new knowledge, new technology and management system.

Through intense and extensive study, I realized that there were many misunderstandings in clinical work in the past, such as the choice of artery when taking arterial blood, sputum aspiration for neonatal asphyxia, umbilical nursing and so on. After two months of clinical practice, I am familiar with the working mode of specialized nursing, and have mastered the new knowledge and technology such as the use of CPAP machine and the treatment of pneumothorax, the observation and nursing of necrotizing enterocolitis in premature infants, the reading of X-rays, the treatment and reading of pulmonary hemorrhage in premature infants, the nursing of patients with pulmonary hypertension, the nursing and recording of ventilator patients, the observation and nursing of neonatal and premature infants' infections, and the maintenance of PICC. After work, departments often organize some business studies to continuously improve their own literacy.

Through the communication with the head nurse, we obtained the internal management system manual, including the training manual for nursing staff, the neonatal resuscitation compiled by Director Wu, the training system for relevant personnel in the neonatal room, the relevant systems in the neonatal room, the responsibilities of cleaning staff, the disinfection measures for various instruments, and the communication skills between unaccompanied wards and their families. It laid a good foundation for the next step to open a neonatal room.

Second, feel harmonious teamwork and professional attitude.

The first is good teamwork. The department has three wards, which are relatively independent and unified. Each comrade cooperates with each other while completing his own work to ensure the nursing quality of the ward.

The director here and Dr. Jiang taught patiently and meticulously, and took pains to answer questions. Their professionalism moved me very much. They will answer my questions, comments and suggestions in time. Give me a lecture as soon as you are free, and take pains until you understand it.

What impressed me most was the hand washing of medical staff. Every day when the doctor comes to make rounds, the first thing to do is to wash your hands. When one patient touches another, he will definitely wash his hands first. Every ward has a sink and hand sanitizer, and every child has hand sanitizer beside his bed. After washing their hands, they wiped them with a special towel. Needless to say, nurses wash their hands or don't wash them before each operation. Although they are busy at work, they will never forget to wash their hands. Hand washing has become everyone's habit, because everyone has deeply realized that hand washing is the cheapest measure to prevent hospital feeling, but it is the most effective.

Third, experience warm and meticulous humanized service.

When I first came to the hospital, my first impression was neat, clean and warm. What impressed me most was that they didn't pay lip service to humanized service, but really cared about children. The faucets in the treatment room and cleaning room are all induction switches, equipped with long-handled hand sanitizer and paper towels, which can not only avoid cross infection, but also save energy and protect the health and safety of employees. Fine management mode is embodied in every detail in this way. If CPAP is used, an artificial protective film will be placed between the nose and the stuffy nose to prevent squeezing; When tearing the tape on your face, lubricate it with Johnson Baby Lotion before tearing it. Take a bath every day, and the baby on the second day of birth will use Johnson & Johnson baby lotion to clean all the skin wrinkles all over the body, with very gentle movements. The children here will insert the stomach tube from the mouth, not the nasal cavity, because they don't want to lose a nasal cavity because of the stomach tube, which will aggravate the difficulty in breathing. For premature infants, the environment is required to be relatively quiet, the sound and operation should be as light as possible, and the stimulation of sound should be reduced. All treatments are centralized, and there will be a cartoon cover on all incubators, mainly to reduce light and external stimuli. Newborns living in incubators make nests out of cartoon thin bags, which makes every child feel comfortable, shows their love and care everywhere, and treats every child as his own.

The study period coincides with the Spring Festival, and the word "Fu" is posted on the doors of departments, and the canteen is no exception. During the Lantern Festival, the canteen gave everyone a hot jiaozi free of charge at noon, which made me fully feel their humanized management.

Fourth, learn standardized training and services.

"Hardware is the foundation and software is the soul." There are many brands of instruments in neonatology department, including various neonatal ventilators, high-frequency oscillation ventilators, imported and domestic infant incubator, radiation tables, CPAP, central monitors, infusion pumps, infusion peristaltic pumps and so on. Every nurse is familiar with the operation of each instrument, thanks to their standardized training. Arrange nursing rounds and lectures every month, ask students questions in the form of slides and bedside, and conduct a sampling test of nursing operation once a month. For new nurses, we also arrange special personnel to teach, and the weekly training starts from the department system and every basic operation process, so that they can get familiar with and master it faster.

The Department of Neonatology will also hold a weekly class activity for parents taught by senior nurses. If a premature baby is discharged from the hospital, he will contact the parents of the child who is preparing to leave the hospital to learn nursing knowledge in the reception room of the department, such as bathing, feeding and changing diapers. Nurses will demonstrate on the spot until their parents fully grasp the baby before they can safely hand it over to them. This naturally extends the nursing work to the family.

Learning is very tiring, because there are many things to learn, you need to do it yourself to master it skillfully, you need to think hard to adapt to the role change, and you need to cultivate your own cautious and independent spirit. This is a process, stick to it and you will have a perfect jump.

This precious learning opportunity has given me a lot of experience and feelings. Perhaps such a learning opportunity will not bring earth-shaking changes to my work, but I have more thoughts on my life and work, hoping to bring new ideas to my future life.

First of all, I would like to thank the hospital leaders, the nursing department and the head nurse for giving me this opportunity to study in Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through this study, I have a deeper understanding of how to become a qualified and excellent nursing staff and gained a lot. As the saying goes: three points of treatment, seven points of care. In others' eyes, nurses only inject and dispense medicines. Yes, nursing is a very common position. Although you can't do great things, it is a very important and indispensable job.

During my three-month study in the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I not only learned the professional knowledge of pressing beans at auricular points, fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine, hot bag pressing and moxa stick moxibustion, but also systematically understood the hospital culture, development history and management rules and regulations of the Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Through these three months of study, I deeply feel that the advanced hospital management mode and thoughtful occupational safety guarantee of Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine are worth learning.

First, a good doctor-patient relationship

Establishing a good doctor-patient relationship mostly lies in the service attitude. In the study of thoracic surgery and otolaryngology, their service attitude has the greatest influence on me. The image of nurses is the impression left by the hospital to the public and represents the overall image of the hospital. The smiling service of nurses is not only polite, but also an important way for nurses to win the trust of patients with sincere attitude. A smile is priceless and worth a thousand words. It costs nothing, but it can bring thousands of spring breeze to patients.

Second, the cooperative relationship between doctors and nurses

No matter what questions and concerns patients have about the attending doctor, as a nurse, they can communicate and appease perfectly. For example, when patients' families are worried about their illness or slow recovery, they should be protected.

Scholars will say: trauma itself recovers slowly and is a costly disease. But don't worry, your doctor is excellent, responsible and cautious. A simple sentence dispelled the doubts of family members. That kind of talk is like an acquaintance's entrustment, not a show of "Wang Po selling melons and boasting". If we can put the words in place for doctors in front of patients, we can eliminate patients' distrust of hospitals and reduce the transfer rate.

Third, strict medical style.

After blood transfusion, the nurse wheeled the treatment cart to change the fluid for each patient. The nurses didn't get together to chat and talk loudly. Treat everyone with courtesy. That kind of accomplishment is worth learning. Nurses have a morning meeting at eight o'clock every day to change shifts and then study business. The night nurse will take shifts at each patient's bedside. Even if you don't hand over at nine, you will never leave. When each patient leaves ECG monitoring, sputum aspiration, air cushion bed and other equipment, the nurse on duty will take the initiative to clean up. Without supervision and fines, especially ECG monitoring, once the nurse is removed, she will consciously scrub the instruments and wires with a rag. Tie all the wires together with a cuff for measuring blood pressure, which is clean and convenient for next use. Every detail of the work reflects the attitude of being conscious, responsible, positive, not lazy and not complaining. If we all have this quality, I believe that both work efficiency and work atmosphere will be greatly improved!

Four, nursing safety management in place.

First of all, from the perspective of nursing safety, all kinds of safety signs in this department are complete, so pay attention to safety and careful sliding, and press along the direction of blood vessels for 5 minutes after pulling out the needle to prevent pressure ulcers. Secondly, nurses will always remind patients and their families of relevant precautions to avoid disputes. Posters on the wall tell patients what to pay attention to when going out to avoid loopholes in education.

Although I often communicate with patients, I have a strong sense of self-protection. Improve service quality and avoid medical disputes.

In the three-month study of thoracic surgery and otorhinolaryngology in provincial traditional Chinese medicine hospital, although it was hasty, it also gained a lot. I will apply what I have learned to my surgical work. May our departments unite, cooperate with each other and make great achievements!

First of all, I would like to thank the hospital leaders, the nursing department, the department director and the head nurse for giving me this opportunity to go to the People's Hospital of Guizhou Province for further study in obstetrics. In just three months, I have a systematic understanding of hospital culture, development history and management rules and regulations.

My further education department is obstetrics. The delivery room has a fast pace of work, saves many patients and is highly concentrated. In the process of midwifery, it is not only high-intensity physical labor, but also high-energy mental labor. The delivery process requires patience. Observe uterine contraction, cervical dilatation, decreased presentation and changes of fetal heart rate. Persuade and explain the uncooperative parturient patiently.

The work in the delivery room needs great love, and the process of delivery is the most unforgettable moment in a woman's life. At this time, care is the confidence and motivation of the parturient to give birth smoothly. Even a sip of water, a bite of rice and a pair of supporting hands. It is extremely important to observe closely and find out the abnormal situation carefully. A high sense of responsibility, each class does its job well. You know, no matter how good the service attitude is, it is impossible without excellent technology; Only through constant practice can we improve and enrich ourselves. Every day's work is full and busy. After a class, I feel that I have no time to sit and rest, and there are no doctors and nurses to drink tea and chat. Only when writing medical records, record sheets and computer entry can we have time to sit down.

There are more than 200 newborns born in 10, and more than 300 newborns born in10/month, which is a heavy workload; There are only three nurses and one obstetrician in each class, which cooperate with each other. In our work, we carry forward the spirit of ownership, strengthen ourselves internally, do things seriously, regulate our words and deeds everywhere, try our best to do everything well, and then do things well. Check the leaks and fill the gaps in each class, serve in advance, and cultivate your vision, thinking and advanced consciousness. In addition to taking the initiative to work in the delivery room, if you do a lot of things, you will feel touched, inspired and experienced; Experience must be constantly summed up, reflected and clarified, which is of great practical significance to practice.

As the saying goes, it is difficult to wear Wang Yang with a single sail; Together, we can ride the wind and waves. Now is the era of win-win cooperation. Whoever has an efficient team will have the competitiveness and fighting capacity in the era of knowledge economy. A department needs a kind of "thinking" to guide and integrate people with different experiences, experiences, academic qualifications and specialties. This kind of "thinking", that is, the team concept, can give full play to the strength of the team and create a team home that is positive, United and cooperative, works hard collectively and achieves the goal. Therefore, in order to become a qualified and excellent midwifery nurse in the future work, we must do the following:

1. You should work with peace of mind, keep your mind straight, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, love your job and career, be ashamed to ask questions, always think about the patients, do everything possible to relieve their pain, think about what they think, worry about what they are anxious about, and straighten your position.

2. In an ordinary post, we should not only adhere to the belief of serving patients, but also strictly demand ourselves in learning, constantly update our knowledge, improve our technical level, and constantly enrich and improve ourselves in our work in combination with clinical practice.

3. We should constantly strengthen ideological and political cultivation, give play to party member's leading role, and improve the overall ideological quality.

4. In the current tense relationship between doctors and patients, we should not only strictly abide by technical specifications, but also advocate learning, strengthen legal concepts, strengthen legal awareness, improve service quality, improve humanistic quality and avoid medical disputes.

5. Team spirit, unity is strength! Three months passed quickly. Thank you for giving me this precious opportunity for further study. I don't want to do everything, but I want to do my best. As a primary nursing staff, only by doing a good job in a down-to-earth manner can we better serve patients, fully embody self-worth and live up to the trust and expectations of hospital and department leaders.

Self-evaluation of nursing continuing education Article 6 After six months of continuing education, I returned to my familiar post. First of all, I want to thank the hospital leaders for giving me this precious opportunity to study and exercise, and all my colleagues. Because of your efforts and support, I can finish my studies with peace of mind.

First of all, introduce the unit I am studying and the learning objectives.

I study in the Department of Pediatrics of Xunxian People's Hospital. It is said to be the hospital with the largest number of pediatric patients in Hebi City. The teachers there are very dedicated and capable, including the director of the inpatient department and seven clinicians, during which about 60-200 patients were hospitalized. Common diseases include: common cold, herpetic angina, tonsillitis, lymphadenitis, ulcerative stomatitis, tracheitis, bronchitis, bronchopneumonia, mycoplasma pneumonia, lobar pneumonia, viral myocarditis, bacterial or viral enteritis, acute gastritis, mesenteric lymphadenitis, acute glomerulonephritis, allergic purpura, encephalitis, hand, foot and mouth disease, anemia and rickets. I am honored to be trusted and valued by the leaders, and I especially cherish this learning opportunity, so I must be strict with myself. During the study period, I will strictly abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, earnestly perform the duties of doctors, respect teachers, unite colleagues, work hard and correctly handle the doctor-patient relationship. At the same time, I try to apply my theoretical knowledge and basic skills to practice.

Constantly sum up learning methods and clinical experience, strive to improve the ability of independent thinking, independent problem solving and independent work, and constantly cultivate their lofty thoughts and good professional ethics of serving patients wholeheartedly.

Second, my harvest and experience.

1. basically mastered the writing skills and norms of medical documents such as course records, consultation records and discharge records;

2. Mastered the clinical characteristics of pediatrics and the diagnosis and treatment of common and frequently-occurring diseases in pediatrics;

3. Master the normal values and clinical significance of common tests and inspections;

4. Master the preliminary treatment methods of various common dangerous, severe and urgent patients;

Pediatrics is a unique department, facing a fragile little life. This made me realize that doctors should not only be highly skilled, but also know how to communicate with them. Be kind to children and have a good attitude. Although sometimes we will meet many anxious family members who won't say anything, all we medical staff can do is be tolerant. We can understand their feelings. When a child is ill, everyone is extremely anxious. It is understandable to say something hurtful. What we can do is to put ourselves in the patient's shoes and try our best. I come into contact with many children and their relatives every day. I understand that the greatest wealth in life is not money, but life. Through contact with children, I gradually like this profession more.

Third, the direction and plan of future efforts.

In the future, under the leadership of the hospital leaders and department directors, I will continue to actively carry out the pediatric work in our hospital with the attitude of "enthusiasm, pragmatism and due diligence", the attitude of active learning, continuous learning, pioneering and innovation, and the pursuit of transcendence, and strive to create more achievements for our hospital. In order to better carry out pediatric work, the following points are summarized:

1. Correct work attitude and standardize work content;

2. Enthusiastic service for patients, respect for patients' "right to know, right to choose and right to privacy", empathy, thinking of patients' thoughts and urgency;

3. Strengthen communication between doctors and patients, and "smile more, care more and explain more" to patients;

4. Strictly implement the principle of patients knowing, strengthen communication between doctors and patients, and reduce disputes between doctors and patients;

5. Insist on studying in a planned way every day, constantly absorb nutrition, strive to improve the technical professional level and enrich their clinical experience;

6. Strictly implement the system of three-level doctor rounds, truthfully record the opinions of superior doctors, and do not change the doctor's orders without permission. In case of difficult cases, ask the superior doctors for instructions in time, and report to the dean and hospital leaders in time in case of special circumstances;

7. Be modest and prudent, and have the courage to ask the superior doctor for questions you don't understand;

8. Seriously and timely complete hospitalization cases;

9. Closely observe the changes of patients' condition and do not slack off;

10. Strictly implement the new rural cooperative medical system and urban medical insurance system, grasp the indications of drug use, avoid the waste of medical resources and unnecessary expenses of patients, and reduce the per capita expenses of pediatric inpatients;

1 1. Be strict with yourself, respect leaders, unite colleagues, actively cooperate with hospital leaders and department directors, unite and cooperate, and strive to create better work results for our hospital.

The above is my self-evaluation of further study, and I urge leaders and colleagues to give positive guidance.
