The actual training hours are less than 30 minutes, which will be converted by the training institution in proportion, and the class fees will be reduced accordingly.

The exposure draft stipulates that the discipline training fees charged by training institutions should be paid into the designated bank account in accordance with the regulations.

It is not a one-time charge, nor is it a form of recharge or personal number card. , the time span exceeds the specified length of time. Among them, the fees charged according to the training period shall not exceed three months, and the charging time shall not be earlier than one month before the start of the new course. Charge according to class hours, no more than 60 hours. The renewal fee cannot be earlier than the remaining 20 hours.

If charging by cycle and charging by class hours are carried out at the same time, only a shorter charging cycle can be selected, and the longest charging period should not exceed three months.

The exposure draft stipulates that training institutions should strengthen training management, reduce service costs, lower charging standards, standardize their own charging behavior, and reflect the public welfare nature of non-profit organizations.

And sign a training service contract with the parents of the students according to the regulations, clarify the charging standards and refund methods, and strictly fulfill the contractual obligations. Tuition fees, material fees and other fees shall not be charged in addition to the training fees, and the maximum fees for online training stipulated in this notice shall not be exceeded or disguised for any reason.
