First, the urgent need for talent training projects
(1) Collection scope

(2) Training requirements
1. According to the actual situation and industry characteristics, adopt flexible and diverse training methods, and combine centralized training, advanced training, job rotation training, field visits, case discussions and online learning. Follow-up training can be adopted for related fields with strong professionalism and need to be deepened continuously.
2. According to the needs of the career development of urgently needed and scarce talents, the main content of training should keep up with the actual needs and innovate constantly, with the ultimate goal of updating knowledge, mastering advanced technology and improving professional and technical level.
3. The training time is not less than 72 hours per person per year.
4. The training fee is not higher than 550 yuan per person per day.
Second, the job training project
(1) Collection scope
It belongs to 12 key areas and nine modern service industries, and it is a job training program for key professional and technical personnel with middle and senior titles, focusing on improving their job adaptability and career development ability.
(2) Training requirements
1. According to the actual situation and industry characteristics, adopt flexible and diverse training methods, and combine centralized training, advanced training, job rotation training, field visits, case discussions and online learning. Follow-up training can be adopted for related fields with strong professionalism and need to be deepened continuously.
2. According to the professional characteristics of the post, according to the professional development and work needs of professional and technical personnel, carry out training in upgrading talent concept, updating and expanding knowledge, cultivating scientific spirit and professional ethics, improving practical ability, teamwork, technical adaptation, innovation and entrepreneurship. Focus on improving the knowledge structure, enhancing the comprehensive quality, and enhancing the ability of post adaptation and career development.
3. The training time is not less than 36 hours per person per year.
4. The training fee is not higher than 550 yuan per person per day.
Third, the reporting requirements
1. completed training project: an application form, an application form for professional and technical personnel's knowledge updating project training project (see annex 1), the original formal training notice and the list of trainees (see annex 2 for samples) shall be submitted.
2. Carry out the training project plan: submit the application form, the declaration form of professional and technical personnel's knowledge updating project, and the notice of training preparation (including the estimated number of trainees and expenses).
Please submit the electronic version and paper version of the project materials that meet the requirements to the service center of China Association for Science and Technology in duplicate before April 1 day 12: 00.
Four. Other explanations
1. If the project is approved, those who take part in the training and pass the examination can get the certificate issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
