Registration is conducted online, there is no on-site registration point, and no registration examination fee is charged. Candidates enter Qiandongnan Human Resources and Social Security Network () to register. Online registration is conducted according to the following procedures:

For those who have passed the preliminary qualification examination, the recruitment unit will download and print the registration information of the applicants for the review and inspection of the political qualification. 3. Qualification examination

Each talent introduction unit shall, according to the implementation plan and the application form filled out by the candidates, review whether the candidates meet the qualifications required for applying for the post. Applicants who meet the qualification requirements for the post after examination shall be signed and stamped with the official seal by the departments and comrades in charge of qualification examination. Those who pass the qualification review shall enter the written test and interview (interview and professional evaluation) according to the provisions of this plan. Candidates who fail to meet the examination requirements after review are disqualified from entering the written test and interview (interview and professional evaluation). After the qualification review, if the number of people who pass the review is lower than the number of talent introduction plans, the number of talent introduction plans will be reduced; If no candidate passes the qualification examination, the post will be cancelled.

4. Assessment and examination methods

(2) If the ratio of the number of planned recruits to the number of applicants for the same position is within 1:3 (excluding 1:3), only interviews (professional evaluation) will be conducted. According to the results of interview or professional evaluation (the interview score or professional evaluation score must reach 70 or above before entering the next link), the number of imported plans is reduced from 1: 1. ⑶ Candidates who take the written test will be determined to participate in the interview according to the order of candidates' written test scores from high to low and the ratio of recruitment position plan 1:3. 4. written test

The written test is a closed-book test, and the content of the test is "professional knowledge" (mainly evaluating the necessary professional knowledge required for recruitment positions).

Candidates who must take the written test have not taken the written test or participated in the written test but have not achieved effective results, so they will be disqualified from entering the next link.

No reference books are designated for the examination, and no organization or institution is entrusted to hold the examination counseling training class.

5. Interview (interview, professional evaluation)

Interview (interview, professional evaluation) examiner group: Kaili College is composed according to the relevant procedures of Qiandongnan Prefecture.

Interview (face-to-face teaching, professional evaluation) mainly examines the application ability of candidates' comprehensive quality and their adaptability to the introduced positions. The specific content of the interview (interview, professional evaluation) is determined by Kaili University.

(5) Physical examination

According to the "Implementation Plan", the physical examination personnel are determined from the high score to the low score of the candidates' total examination results according to the ratio of the planned number of people in each introduced post 1: 1 (if the candidates in the same post are tied for the last place, they will be re-examined (interview and professional evaluation), and those with high results in the re-examination (interview and professional evaluation) will be included in the physical examination object).

This physical examination is carried out with reference to the Physical Examination Standard for the Employment of Civil Servants, and the items and standards of physical examination are implemented according to the regulations of Qian Renfa [2005] No.4, Qian Renshe Communication [2065 438+00] 1865438 and Qian Renshe Communication [2065438+00] No.64.

Under the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision organs in Qiandongnan Prefecture, Kaili College will arrange physical examination in the designated county-level and above general hospitals, and conduct physical examination within the specified time and issue a physical examination conclusion. The physical examination conclusions and appraisals of other hospitals will not be recognized.

If a medical examination candidate requests to review the medical examination items, he shall apply on the spot and review them on the spot. The results of the review shall be signed and confirmed by the on-site discipline inspection and supervision personnel, physical examination doctors and physical examination candidates themselves on the spot; If a medical examination candidate refuses to sign the results of the medical examination and review, the on-site discipline inspection and supervision personnel and the review doctor shall indicate the situation, which shall be regarded as the results of the medical examination and review of the medical examination candidate.

For the physical examination items that cannot obtain the physical examination results on the spot, if the physical examination is abnormal and needs to be extended, it shall be determined by Kaili College, the original physical examination hospital, and candidates shall be organized to extend the examination within 5 working days.

After the conclusion of medical examination is issued, the application for reexamination submitted by candidates will no longer be accepted.

The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves. The medical examination time will be notified separately by Kaili College.

Seven inspections

Those who pass the physical examination are included in the investigation, and the main contents of the investigation are the actual performance of the candidates and the student status files. By consulting files, visiting seminars, etc., we mainly understand the political quality, work performance, professional ability and realistic performance of the subjects.

During the inspection, if it is found that the candidates are under any of the circumstances listed in Item 2 of Article 4 of this implementation plan or under any of the following circumstances, they will be disqualified according to the management authority and with the approval of the Organization Department of Qiandongnan Prefecture Committee and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Qiandongnan Prefecture:

1. As of 201July 3 14, failed to provide a valid diploma or degree certificate;

2. Failure to provide a valid personal file within 15 days from the date of receiving the assessment notice;

3. The annual assessment in recent 3 years is basically competent (basically qualified) or incompetent (unqualified);

7. Employment approval

Those who pass the examination, physical examination and inspection are determined to be candidates. Then, in accordance with the cadre management authority and prescribed procedures, the employment approval procedures will be handled.

The recruiting unit shall strictly manage the employees according to the employment contract. The newly recruited staff in China's state institutions shall be subject to the probation system according to the policy. Those who have passed the probation period and passed the examination will be formally employed. If the examination fails during the probation period, the employment relationship shall be terminated according to the prescribed procedures and examination and approval authority; Formal employees should agree with the unit on the minimum service life.
