The main person in charge of the coal-related office of the bureau attended the meeting.

The meeting analyzed the causes of frequent coal mine safety accidents in our province, carefully found out the shortcomings of supervision and inspection, and studied and discussed the next step. Sun Jianjun put forward specific requirements for the next step:

First, we should have a clear understanding of the current situation of frequent coal mine safety production in the province, attach great importance to it, take resolute and effective measures, quickly reverse the passive situation of frequent accidents, and create a good safety production environment for the victory of the provincial party congress;

Second, we must adhere to the trend of strict management and heavy punishment. All coal supervision sub-bureaus and coal-producing cities (states) coal mine safety supervision bureaus should attach importance to typical cases, severely investigate and deal with hidden dangers of major safety accidents and violations of laws and regulations, and inform the whole province;

The third is to interview the city (state) and county (city, district) governments with frequent coal mine safety accidents recently;

Fourth, it is necessary to urge the closure of coal mines to implement various safety measures for exit, and it is strictly forbidden to recycle coal resources during exit;

Fifth, study and formulate standardized management measures for "five majors, five subjects and five teams" to further standardize the management of "five majors, five subjects and five teams";

Sixth, it is necessary to strengthen the training of electromechanical business knowledge for supervisors and incorporate it into the main materials of this year's ability improvement training;

Seventh, it is necessary to make overall arrangements for the comprehensive physical examination of coal mine safety, adhere to the principle of giving priority to production mines, and organize a retrospective investigation of coal mines that have completed physical examination. Where a county (autonomous region, city) finds that two coal mines fail to pass the spot check, the comprehensive physical examination of coal mine safety in the county will be completely overturned;

Eighth, it is necessary to organize special supervision on the implementation of coal mine accident prevention measures to prevent similar accidents from happening again;

Nine is to investigate and deal with serious accidents, severely punish accidents, strictly investigate the responsibilities of relevant responsible persons, and improve the investigation and handling of safety accidents in large coal mines and accidents in sub-bureaus. Before the formal source management, the opinions of the provincial bureau should be sought, and the provincial bureau should strictly check.
