You can take the first bus to the North Bus Station, and you can reach it at 9, 29, 32, 47, 208, 77, 62 and 63.

After getting off the bus, you should see the Water Conservancy Vocational College of North China Institute of Water Conservancy. If you go west and north along this road, you will see a path called Hua Mao Road. There is no street sign, but you will see a sign at the intersection that says "Henan Polytechnic School". Walk about 300 meters inside and you will see the training college.
