3. Obtain one of the following certificates before graduation (subject to the date of issuance of the certificate) 1. Professional qualification certificate (including special professional ability certificate), special operation certificate (excluding review and replacement) or special equipment operator certificate (excluding review and replacement) issued by the administrative department of this Municipality; 2. Professional qualification certificates issued by social organizations that accept the transfer of government functions; 3. The vocational skill grade certificate issued by the evaluation institution filed by the administrative department of this Municipality.
Subsidy standards and duration:
Give a one-time subsidy according to the catalogue standard of effective vocational skills training subsidies issued by the municipal human resources and social security department (1000-10).
Application procedure:
Eligible applicants should log in to the business system to confirm the application information within 5 working days from the date of receiving the SMS of voluntary cash assistance service, or take the initiative to apply within the graduation school year (from July 1 day of the year before graduation 12 months) after obtaining relevant certificates. Failing to pay within the time limit shall be regarded as giving up.
