Office work mainly includes docking with Wenguang Bureau, file management and supervision of daily staff sign-in. The organizers mainly participate in the behind-the-scenes work of dance, photography, instrumental music training classes, classic song singing competitions and national instrumental music competitions; Intangible cultural work mainly participated in the collection and arrangement of materials such as Duangong Opera and spear chasing.

Chapter 2: Personal self-summary mode of cultural center 1. Combined with practical work, efforts should be made to strengthen the study of business knowledge.
In April this year, the Party Committee of the Bureau adjusted the leadership team of our library, and then the division of labor among the team members was also greatly adjusted. I went from an administrative post to the forefront of mass cultural work. Facing the trust of the organization, the expectation of the masses and the brand-new field, I feel confused and helpless. Therefore, in the past six months, I have been a conscientious person everywhere in my work, a learner everywhere, a leader everywhere, a colleague everywhere, and a professional cadre everywhere. I am trying to absorb "nutrition" like a sponge.
When talking about activities with director Tang and other units, I always make records and sum them up carefully, so as to master the general process of activities, several links to be grasped and how to report the activity budget. In the process of rehearsing and revising the essay "Waiting", I participated in the whole process, adding a lot of perceptual knowledge that I didn't have before, especially after listening to the opinions of relevant experts in the province, my appreciation ability has been greatly improved. Recently, the Education Bureau of Jingkou District launched a nursery rhyme contest. Now I am learning to use it. I participated in the creation and rehearsal of the nursery rhymes sitcom Toy Storm with Paifang Lane Kindergarten, and now I have entered the finals.
When you go to the children's story creation guidance with Secretary Wu and Teacher Li, you should be a good listener, want to know what will happen if you write this story yourself, and change it as you want, so as to improve your professional ability. In this year's 17 children's story contest, the children's story "One Story" of Runzhou Experimental Primary School, which I participated in tutoring, won the first prize for performance and the second prize for creation, which was a great encouragement to myself.
In the process of organizing and planning mass cultural activities with the comrades in the activity department and the performance department, I always observe, think and listen to opinions, and make some rational thinking in combination with the problems I find. In particular, I am a management cadre, majoring in management engineering. I hope it can be used in business work. After more than half a year's practice, I have a preliminary idea in standardizing the operation process of activities and consolidating the "customers" of activities. In the previous stage, I worked with the comrades in the activity department to produce the Proposal for Inviting Investment for Cultural Activities in Happy Home Plaza, and released cooperation information to more than 20 housing development companies through the exhibition, and sent cooperation invitations to more than 50 advertising companies through mail, laying a foundation for next year's work.
In addition, my investigation report "Developing rural cultural tourism and vigorously promoting the process of rural cultural industrialization" won the third prize of Jiangsu Rural Cultural Construction Paper Award.

Looking back on this year's work, I can always focus on the central work of our library, work with other comrades in accordance with the annual work plan, consistently do my job with high standards and high demands, and be a good staff assistant to the top leaders. We have mainly done the following five aspects:
First, cooperate with the Party branch secretary to do a good job in party member's advanced education. He undertook the formulation, organization, accounting and inspection of the educational activity plan, and performed the duties of the members of the organizing Committee well. Our library's advanced education activities are well organized, colorful and effective, and have won unanimous praise in previous evaluation and spot checks by the municipal inspector group.
Second, vigorously run all kinds of major mass cultural activities. Combined with major events in the city, we organized and planned "monumental" activities to commemorate the 56th anniversary of Zhenjiang's liberation, community art festivals, cultural performances in the square of economic and trade fairs, and special activities to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War. In particular, great breakthroughs have been made in organizing square cultural activities to counties, cities and grass-roots units, further expanding the radiation coverage and service scope. In April this year, together with Jingkou Women's Federation and Dantu Town, we launched a series of activities of "Happy Homes Entering Villages and Towns". Combined with the Women's Federation's "Women's Red Ribbon" activity, we organized and created excellent cultural programs, and entered Yangzhong, Danyang, Taohuawu and Shanxiang communities at the first time to send high-quality and high-grade cultural services to local people. Held "Happy Home" square cultural activities 16 games throughout the year, exceeding the task.
Third, strive to expand the market share of performing arts and sound engineering. This year, the performance department and the audio engineering department integrated the existing manpower, equipment and market resources, and strived to expand market share and give full play to the value of existing resources in the face of cruel market competition. More than 60 ceremonies and performances/kloc-0 including compulsory activities were completed throughout the year, and the economic benefits increased significantly compared with previous years; In addition to completing the task of audio debugging, we have taken advantage of our own technical advantages to undertake audio projects such as Jasper Garden and Jingkou District Cultural Center, and achieved good economic benefits.
Fourth, continue to promote cultural instructors to work in the community. On the basis of last year, this year, we will focus on building a work system that focuses on the city's key models and the district's key promotion. At present, both Jingkou and Runzhou have carried out cultural guidance.
The work of joining a social league is put on the agenda and will be started years ago. At the same time, the system of cultural instructors entering the community has been improved and the work of cultural instructors has been standardized. Combined with the advanced education activities in party member, we also held two symposiums in Jingkou District and Runzhou District respectively to solicit opinions extensively and strive to improve our work level.
The fifth is to carefully build a star choir. Following the open recruitment examination last year, in April this year, experts and scholars from the music industry in our city were hired as the artistic director of the choir for the special activities to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, and the rules and detailed teaching plan for the elderly chorus were formulated. In the case of very difficult funds, we have made great efforts to build an excellent mass literary team. At the mass concert commemorating the 60th anniversary of the victory of the Anti-Japanese War on August 28th, the choir won unanimous praise from the superior leaders and citizens with its brand-new look and superb singing skills.
Third, strengthen honesty and self-discipline and establish a good leadership image.
Over the past year, I have always been strict with myself in my work, set an example everywhere, and use my words and deeds to drive and influence other comrades. Take the lead in observing the rules and regulations in the museum, often leave early and return late, work overtime, and properly handle the relationship between career and family. In the first half of this year, due to the problem of children going to school, they left their parents to live alone, and their lover was on a business trip all the year round. I have to take care of my children's daily life alone, and the burden of life is very heavy, but I have never delayed my work for this. When you encounter work that is pressed for time, you can't finish it during the day, so you take it home and wait for the children to go to bed at night before you sit down and do your own thing.
Within the team, we always demand ourselves by a party member standard, strictly abide by organizational discipline, resolutely say what we shouldn't say, maintain the unity and authority of team decision-making, and never believe in rumors, spread rumors or make rumors; Straighten your position, never exceed your authority, coordinate and handle the relationship with other leaders, learn from other leaders with an open mind and learn from each other's strengths. Be frank and open at the meeting, and have the right to speak after the meeting.
