Basic course: the basic course that the team leader should master, 76 hours, is an examination course. It is the knowledge that a team leader should possess. Courses include: enterprise strategic cognition, team site management, building harmonious labor relations, and interpretation of labor contract law.
Promotion course: Promotion course is a course (including lectures by famous teachers) selected by excellent team leaders and enterprise managers according to the needs of different positions, with a total of 86 hours, including face-to-face courses held in teaching service stations. Courses include: technical innovation and team innovation, time management, professional ethics shaping, etc.
In these two kinds of curriculum systems, each kind can be divided into three series:
Management Foundation Series: It is the basic course of enterprise management, aiming at making the team leader establish modern management consciousness, master the basic knowledge of enterprise management, improve execution, build a harmonious team and communicate and coordinate.
Management skills and skills series: it is an important content in the training course, aiming to enable the team leader to master the skills and skills of team production and management, master the post functions and business processes, and help them improve their work quality and problem-solving ability.
Comprehensive Literacy Series: It is a course to cultivate the personal professional quality and cultural literacy of team leaders, aiming at cultivating team leaders' good professional ethics and noble sentiments, enhancing their sense of responsibility, shaping a positive work mentality and comprehensively improving their comprehensive literacy.
