Measures for the administration of funds for party building activities of grass-roots party organizations of central and state organs

Article 1 In order to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations in central and state organs, promote the normalization and institutionalization of "two studies and one work" study and education, and standardize the management of funds for party building activities, these measures are formulated in accordance with the Budget Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on the Work of Grass-roots Organizations of Party and State Organs in People's Republic of China (PRC) and other relevant laws and regulations.
