Announcement 20 14 on recruitment of staff in Tongxiang institutions in the first half of the year

In order to meet the needs of the city's institutions to supplement the staff, according to the Interim Measures for the Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Tongxiang City (Order No.64 of Tongxiang Municipal People's Government), with the consent of the municipal government, it is decided to openly recruit some staff of public institutions for the society. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

I. Recruitment Plan

This time, some institutions in Tongxiang plan to recruit 20 1 staff. Please refer to the attachment "Recruitment Plan and Job Requirements of Tongxiang Public Institutions in the First Half of 2065,438+04" (hereinafter referred to as the recruitment plan) for details of recruitment units, positions, numbers and qualifications.

Second, the scope, objects and conditions of recruitment

(a) recruitment scope and object:

1. Persons with permanent residence in Tongxiang (subject to April 20 14, 17), and individual shortage majors are recruited for Zhejiang Province and the whole country (see the recruitment plan for details);

Tongxiang Shengyuan is a fresh graduate of the 20th14th full-time ordinary college (the source of students refers to the domicile when the college entrance examination was passed and admitted to the college), and the graduation certificate of the 20th14th fresh graduate must be obtained before September 30th, 20th14th;

3, graduate students, and have a master's degree or above, the account is not limited.

(2) Application conditions:

1, with China nationality, good political and ideological quality, and supports the party's line, principles and policies.

2, good conduct, law-abiding, studious, love their jobs.

3. Age 18 to 35 years old (born between1April 978 17 to1April 996 17).

4. Must have a nationally recognized college degree or above.

5. Have other conditions required for the recruitment position.

6. If the recruitment position requires work experience, the calculation time will end on April 20 17 14 to participate in social practice, internship, part-time job, etc. Full-time schooling can't be considered as work experience.

7. Persons who have passed part-time academic examinations such as self-study examinations in ordinary colleges and universities, adult education, TV universities, etc. and obtained graduation certificates before April 20 14 and 17 are registered as social personnel.

Undergraduate and graduate students who have not graduated in 20 14 years and are studying in full-time colleges and universities cannot apply with their academic qualifications and degree certificates.

According to the "Regulations on Personnel Examination in Zhejiang Province" (Zhejiang People's Social Development [20 14] 15), those who have been found to have cheated or cheated in personnel examinations in the past two years, and those who are prohibited from being employed as staff of public institutions according to law, are not allowed to apply for the examination.

According to the Detailed Rules for the Investigation of Civil Servant Recruitment in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58), those who fall into one of the circumstances specified in Article 12 shall not participate in this open recruitment activity.

Candidates are not allowed to apply for the positions listed in Article 30 of the Interim Measures for Open Recruitment of Public Institutions in Zhejiang Province (Zhejiang Talent [2007]184).

Three. Recruitment procedures and methods

The recruitment work follows the principles of openness, equality, competition and merit-based, adheres to the employment standard of having both ability and political integrity, and is carried out in accordance with the procedures of publishing recruitment announcement, registration, written examination, qualification examination, interview, physical examination, assessment, publicity and employment.

(1) Sign up. Open recruitment of public institutions takes the form of online registration.

1, register online. Time: 201April 17, 9: 00-April 23 17: 00. Applicants can register in Jiaxing Examination Training Network, and each person is limited to one post. Registration and registration are not accepted within the time limit.

2. Preliminary qualification examination. Time: 2065438+April 041July-April 24, applicants can check the results and the reasons for the failure in the preliminary examination online. Those who pass the preliminary examination can no longer apply for other positions; Those who fail can re-register and accept the preliminary qualification examination before April 23rd 17: 00.

3. Pay online. Time: 2065438+April 18, 9: 00-April 25th 16: 00. Candidates who pass the preliminary examination can apply for online payment on the same website, and the examination fee is 80 yuan per person. Failure to go through the payment procedures within the specified time shall be deemed as waiver of registration qualification.

The number of confirmed payers in the same position shall not be less than 3 times of the number of people in the recruitment plan. If the proportion is lower than the prescribed proportion, the recruitment plan shall be cancelled or reduced accordingly. If it is confirmed that the number of people paying fees has not reached the proportion of starting the examination, and the recruitment position is cancelled, the person applying for the position can change to other qualified recruitment positions within the specified time. If the application is not changed within the time limit, it will be deemed as giving up the registration change and returning the examination fee.

Bank cards held by China Industrial and Commercial Bank, China Agricultural Bank, China Construction Bank, China Bank, China Merchants Bank, Bank of Communications, China CITIC Bank, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, China Minsheng Bank, China Everbright Bank, Postal Savings Bank, Guangdong Development Bank and Industrial Bank can all be paid through online banking.

4. Download and print the admission ticket. Those who have paid the fee will log on to Jiaxing Examination and Training Network from May 14 to May 16 at 2065438 to download and print the admission ticket.

(2) written test. The written test is organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. Examination time: 201April 17, 9: 00 am-11:30 Comprehensive Application Ability; 14:00— 15:30 pm "professional aptitude test" (in which the position of primary and secondary school teachers under the municipal education bureau is "basic education" and that of kindergarten teachers under the municipal education bureau is "professional knowledge of preschool education"). Full marks in each subject 100. The examination place is subject to the admission ticket.

Written test bonus: According to Decree No.48 of Tongxiang Municipal People's Government, the written test scores of demobilized conscripts increased by 10%, demobilized officers increased by 15% and demobilized officers increased by 20%.

(3) qualification examination. Before the interview, the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will organize an on-site qualification review of the interviewers at the specified time and place (the time and place will be notified separately). Graduates of the 20th/Kloc-0th/4th session of full-time colleges and universities should provide the employment recommendation form issued by the school, the national employment agreement for college graduates issued by the Student Office of the Ministry of Education, the original and photocopy of the household registration book (or the household registration book page printed with my household registration information), ID card and other relevant documents (certificates); Social personnel should provide the original and photocopy of their ID card, household registration book and relevant certificates (certificates) such as academic qualifications, professional and technical qualifications and professional qualifications. International students must obtain overseas academic qualifications and degree certification issued by the China Study Abroad Service Center of the Ministry of Education; The entrusted student shall issue a written certificate that the entrusted training unit agrees to apply for the exam. In the compilation of institutions must provide written proof that the unit (competent department) agrees to apply for the exam.

If the certificate (certificate) is incomplete or the provided certificate (certificate) does not meet the qualification conditions for entering the examination, you may not participate in the interview. If I fail to attend the qualification review at the specified time and place, it will be regarded as giving up the interview.

Two days before the start of the qualification review, if the person who has obtained the interview qualification confirms that he will not participate in the qualification review, the total score of the post written test will be replenished from high score to low score. Those who fail to participate in the qualification review at the specified time and place or fail to pass the qualification review will not be replaced.

(4) interview. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau determines the interviewer from high score to low score according to the total written test scores of the post applicants (the sum of the scores of the two written test subjects and the extra points) according to the ratio of 1:3 (the positions with three or more recruitment plans are determined according to 1:2). Those who miss one or more subjects in the written test will not be included in the interview). The ratio between the recruitment plan of the same post and the number of qualified interviewers shall not be less than 1:2. The interview score is 100, and the qualified score is 60. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the physical examination and assessment. The interview time and place will be announced separately. Teachers' job interviews in subordinate units of the Education Bureau shall be conducted in the form of lectures or on-site defense and skill demonstration (details will be notified separately).

(five) to determine the physical examination and assessment objects. After the interview, the total written test score and interview score are combined to calculate the total score. If the total score is equal, the one with the highest written test score will be the first. The formula for calculating the total score is:

Total score = total written score ÷4+ interview score ÷2

According to the order of the total score from high to low, the physical examination and assessment objects are determined according to the proportion of recruitment plans 1: 1.

(6) Physical examination and assessment. The physical examination and assessment shall be organized and implemented by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and the competent department of the recruiting unit. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the Notice of Zhejiang Provincial Personnel Department and Zhejiang Provincial Health Department on Printing and Distributing the Ministry of Personnel and the Ministry of Health (Zhejiang Labor [2005] No.68), the revision of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Ministry of Health, and the notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security. Notice of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Health on Further Standardizing the Physical Examination Items for Admission and Employment, and Safeguarding the Admission and Employment Rights of HBsAg Carriers (issued by Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [20 10] 65438+). Applicants who fail to attend the medical examination at the prescribed time and place shall be deemed to have given up the medical examination. The assessment is conducted in accordance with the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Investigation on the Recruitment of Civil Servants in Zhejiang Province (Trial) (Zhejiang Renfa [2008] No.58), and the assessment results are only used as the basis for whether to hire this time. Those who fail the physical examination or voluntarily give up will be replenished in turn (those who did not participate in the interview and those who failed the interview will not be replenished).

(7) Publicity and employment. According to the examination, physical examination, assessment results, etc. , determine the list of persons to be employed, and publicize the list of persons to be employed on the website of Tongxiang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and Tongxiang Talent Network for 7 working days. During the publicity period, if there is any problem with the personnel to be hired, the competent department of the recruiting unit shall conduct investigation and verification, put forward corresponding treatment opinions, and report to the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for approval. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no problem or the problem does not affect the employment after verification, it will be hired. Those who reflect the problems affecting employment and find evidence will not be hired; If it is difficult to verify the problems reflected at the moment, the employment will be suspended, and then whether to hire or not will be decided after investigation. Decided not to recruit or replace. If the person to be hired fails to report within the specified time without justifiable reasons, the employment qualification will be cancelled. Graduates of the 20th14th class who fail to graduate on time or have not obtained the academic qualifications specified in the recruitment position will be disqualified.

Four. any other business

1. Applicants must register and register from April 17 to April 23/20 14. Unregistered registration is invalid. As of April 7, 20 14 and 17, social workers whose household registration is still moving are not allowed to apply. Please confirm your settlement at the time of registration and fill it out truthfully.

2. Applicants must register with a second-generation ID card; The ID number used for registration and examination must be the same. When taking the written test, you must bring the admission ticket and the second-generation ID card at the same time, otherwise you are not allowed to enter the examination room. If you lose your ID card, please reissue it or apply for temporary id card in time, otherwise you will not be allowed to enter the examination room.

3. The information and materials submitted by the applicant in the preliminary examination and review shall be true, accurate and effective. Anyone who provides false application materials to obtain the examination qualification will be disqualified once verified. Anyone who forges or alters the relevant documents, materials and information, defrauds the examination qualification or maliciously registers, will be disqualified and will be dealt with according to the relevant regulations.

4. The Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau does not hold or entrust any institution to hold counseling training for public institutions' open recruitment examinations, and all related counseling training has nothing to do with our bureau.
