Nine. Rights and obligations of Party A:
1. Party A has the right to inspect, approve the project quality and confirm the project quantity.
2. Party A has the right to manage Party B's construction site.
3. Party A has the obligation to provide Party B with construction drawings and timely provide design changes.
4. Party A has the obligation to coordinate the work between Party B and the construction team.
5. Party A has the obligation to provide Party B with electricity and water for construction.
6. Party A has the obligation to confirm and accept the samples and subdivisional work submitted by Party B in time.
X. Rights and obligations of Party B:
1. Party B has the right to demand payment for the project according to the contract.
2. Party B is obliged to carry out the construction on time according to the contents of the contract and relevant standards.
3. Party B has the obligation to undertake the maintenance of on-site materials and finished products after installation and the safe custody of the project, and bear the expenses arising therefrom.
4. Party B has the obligation to carry out maintenance in time during the warranty period and bear the corresponding expenses.
XI。 Engineering change:
1. Party A has the right to replace doors and windows, but it must notify Party B in writing.
2. If Party B suffers economic losses due to Party A's change, the expenses shall be borne by Party A. ..
3. If the construction period is extended due to the design changes provided by Party A, the contract construction period will be postponed accordingly.
Twelve. Breach of contract and disputes:
1. If Party A and Party B fail to implement it according to the schedule agreed in the contract, both parties shall settle it through consultation in time, and the settlement result shall form a written meeting record.
2. If both parties to the dispute fail to negotiate, they may apply to a people's court for a ruling.
