The three stages of pre-job training include: ① headquarters training; (2) branch or department training; ③ Job site training. The premise of pre-job training is that enterprises should establish a two-level training system, and subordinate enterprises or departments should arrange and organize pre-job training under the supervision and guidance of superior human resources departments. After the training, subordinate enterprises or departments shall report the training situation and results to the superior human resources department for the record.
