For positions involving inspection and testing technology, the authorized signatory, technical director, sampler, inspector, report writer, report auditor and quality supervisor should be trained in the following contents according to their academic qualifications, work background and work content:-Basic knowledge of measurement; -Basic knowledge of the use and cleaning of commonly used utensils in the laboratory-Basic knowledge of experimental water, chemical reagents and solutions; -Basic knowledge of preparation, calibration and preservation of standard titration solution; -Basic knowledge of classification, procurement, use and management of reference materials; -Basic knowledge of analytical methods; -Basic knowledge of the environment; -Basic knowledge of sampling; -Retain the basic knowledge of valid numbers and number modification; -Basic knowledge of filling in original records and issuing inspection reports; -Basic knowledge of test method verification; -Basic knowledge of measurement uncertainty evaluation.

For positions involving inspection and testing, such as authorized signatory, technical director, inspector, quality supervisor, etc., relevant inspection and test application technology training should be carried out according to their education, work experience and work content. The training should select representative and typical standards, explain their application scope, basic principles, reagent preparation, pretreatment operation, instrument analysis, data processing and other matters needing attention, and conduct practical operation training in the whole process of detection combined with actual samples.
