Counselors refer to school public officials engaged in students' ideological and political education, students' daily management, employment guidance, mental health and the construction of student party groups, among which counselors should participate in on-the-job training for no less than 16 hours every year. Class hours refer to the time unit of teaching, and the time of a class is called a class hour.
