The recruitment conditions of banks on campus in spring vary according to specific banks and positions. Different banks have different requirements for academic qualifications. Commercial banks such as the five major banks generally require full-time undergraduate education or above, while the requirements of local banks or some joint-stock banks will be reduced. For example, the five major guilds require that the recruitment targets should be fresh graduates of domestic and foreign universities, with English proficiency above CET-4, or above 630 for open TOEFL, above 75 for new TOEFL, and above 5.5 for IELTS. Recruitment positions: The positions for campus recruitment of banks in spring can be roughly divided into two categories, marketing and operation. There are mainly the following types (for reference only):

3. Teller position. Targeted recruitment, mainly engaged in counter service of business outlets, new employees must work in teller positions for not less than 5 years after joining the company.

4. Service representative position. Targeted recruitment, mainly in the credit card telephone service center, electronic banking center through telephone, internet and other channels, in the form of video, voice or text, and must work in this position for not less than 5 years after joining.
