Through this production practice, I learned the technical management knowledge of electrical equipment operation, the manufacturing technology knowledge of electrical equipment and practical knowledge that I couldn't learn in school. In the process of learning from the workers, we have developed a fine style of hard work and plain living. In production practice, I realize that strict discipline and unified organization and coordination are the needs of modern mass production, and are also necessary for our contemporary college students, thus further improving our organizational concept. Through production practice, it has played an important role in consolidating and deepening our theoretical knowledge, cultivating our ability to work independently and enhancing our labor viewpoint.

Second, the work content since entering the factory

Since xxxx was admitted as an internship by xx Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Company in June, 2008. The main contents of the work are assembly, wiring, wiring and debugging. The assembly, wiring and wiring mainly involve PR2000CH-6S high-resistance DC distribution board, PR2000CH-6M high-resistance DC distribution board, PRD 100AC distribution board, PRS3004 integrated rack, PRTE500 rack, etc. Debugging mainly includes static debugging and high voltage test of SMPS 1000, SMPS2000, SMPS3000, SMPS6300, SMPS0500, SMPS0704 and other modules. The debugging process should be carried out in strict accordance with the manual of electrical debugging procedures, and problems should be found and solved step by step. In addition, the welding of circuit boards, the production of wires, the assembly of modules, the installation of empty plugs, etc. are also done, mainly involving pressure plates, rectifier plates, control boards, temperature display circuit boards, crystal oscillator rising limits and so on.

Third, my understanding of technical work.

I think there is a sentence in the company's corporate culture that well summarizes all the contents of technical work-"Research, experiment, design, manufacture, installation, use and maintenance are seven major events, and technicians must go well all the way!" . I think the "seven major events" mentioned here are all technical activities. Some people think that only the research and design of some high-tech things are truly technical activities, and despise installation, use and maintenance, thinking that the technical content is low or even no technical content. This view is one-sided and wrong. From a philosophical point of view, it is an idealistic view.

Practice is the basis of theory, and theory is created by summing up in practice to guide practice. Testing, manufacturing, installation, use and maintenance are our practical work. It's like a computer. In order to make it run normally, hardware and software are inseparable and indispensable. Hardware is the foundation of software, and software is the soul of hardware. Undoubtedly, as a new employee who just left school, I still lack practical experience, and what I learned at school is more theoretical knowledge. Therefore, it is my great honor that the superior leaders can give me this workshop internship opportunity, so that I can really understand the technical work in practice and make up for the shortcomings in practical experience.

Fourth, my understanding of the company's work

It is an honor to be a member of the company. Xx Telecom Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a united whole, and each employee has his own post. Companies need to arrange positions according to their own needs for faster and better development and personal circumstances. There are technical work, marketing work, management work and other jobs. Any link that goes wrong is not allowed. Therefore, I think every job is very important. As a technical employee in electrical control in the future, I will always adhere to the principle of "seven things consistent system" proposed by the company. Technicians don't just wire, wire, debug and assemble, but they don't know R&D, design and programming. My understanding of the company's development, xx telecom equipment manufacturing company has been in a period of rapid development in recent years since it entered the solar energy industry through industrial restructuring. It can be seen from Mr. Li's work report that there is a huge gap between the domestic and international demand of semiconductor silicon germanium materials and the current market supply. Therefore, the solar energy industry, as a kind of pollution-free clean energy, has huge market potential and provides a broad space for the company's development.

At the same time, it also found some problems in company management and technology.

Only when problems are found in practice can they be solved. The following mainly reports some problems I encountered during debugging and their solutions. For general problems, such as whether the switch of the distribution box is wrongly connected or not properly installed, it can be easily solved by visual observation; For some occasional and special problems, it takes more time in the debugging process. You need to think positively, consult experienced employees, conduct various tests and experiments by yourself, and sum up the problems carefully after solving them, so as to know why. In addition, I think the circuit wiring principle of rectifier motherboard is very important for mastering the maintenance process, but many maintenance personnel simply don't understand it.

Finally, some suggestions on the technology and management of the company are put forward:

1) At present, the electrical control cabinet equipment independently developed, designed and produced by the company is relatively old. Considering the company's long-term development and economic benefits, I think we should improve the control scheme of electronic control products and launch our own new products.

2) In the process of wiring, wiring, debugging and installation of the cabinet, I think mechanical personnel and electrical personnel should strengthen communication and cooperate with each other to complete the work tasks faster and better and improve production efficiency.

In the production workshop, I was the first in the cable class. After all, it was the first time, so it was awkward and laborious at first. However, with the care and help of my colleagues and classmates, I have made continuous progress and growth, and I have fully felt the unity and warmth of the company's big family. So I decided to stick to it no matter how hard and tired I am, so I feel much easier to work. With the guidance and help of my master, I quickly adapted to this job. After these days of transition, I have mastered the steps of making cables and some basic precautions. But I know little about the relevant professional knowledge, so I humbly consult the master and read the relevant books myself, and study them carefully, and finally the problem has been solved well.

During the internship in the workshop, although sometimes the work is very hard and tired, I realized the professional technology in practice and accumulated practical technical experience. Production practice is an important practical teaching link arranged by Baiyun University to train high-quality engineering and technical personnel, and it is an important way to combine teaching with production practice and theory with practice. Its purpose is to train our professional knowledge and talent quality through internship, so as to lay a good foundation for going to work as soon as possible after graduation. Through production practice, we have learned and mastered the main structure, production technology and technological process of various electric cabinets. Main tools and equipment used; Technical data of product production; Production organization and management, etc. To deepen the understanding of the basic theory of AC -DC converter, such as working principle, design and testing. It enables us to understand and master the working principle and structure of AC -DC conversion. In order to further study professional technology, lay a good foundation for wiring, wiring, debugging and installation in this area.

In this production practice, we not only deepened our understanding of what we have learned, but more importantly, we corrected our outlook on labor and improved our ability to work independently.

Finally, I have at least the following problems to solve.

1, lack of work experience

Because of lack of experience, many problems can't tell the priorities, and some training or learning can't find the key points. As the internship goes on, I think I will gradually accumulate experience.

2. Work attitude is still not positive enough.

At work, I can only complete the assigned work. Although you can take the initiative to ask for assignment when there is no work task, you may relax and not take the initiative to learn when there is no work to do. This is mainly because laziness is at work. I will try my best to overcome inertia in the future. I will do my homework when I have no work tasks, and study independently when I have no work tasks.

I don't study hard enough at work.

I chose it myself, because in my opinion, only the technology recognized by the market is valuable, and I also feel that I am more suitable for communicating with people. I firmly believe that through this period of internship, the practical experience gained from it will benefit me for life, and it will be confirmed in the actual work after graduation. I will continue to understand and experience the knowledge I have learned in my internship, and I also hope that I can apply the theoretical knowledge and practical experience I have learned to my future practical work, fully display my personal value and life value, and work hard to realize my ideal and bright future.
