If the school license and business license have been obtained, if they do not meet the set standards, they should be rectified according to the standards. If the rectification is not in place, the school license shall be revoked, the training activities shall be terminated, and the registration shall be changed or cancelled according to law.
The approval and registration of off-campus training institutions shall be subject to localized management. The education department at the county level is responsible for examining and approving the issuance of school licenses. Without the approval of the education department, any off-campus training institution may not carry out training business for primary and secondary school students in the name of tutoring, consulting and cultural communication. If an off-campus training institution establishes a branch or training point in the same county, it must be approved; The establishment of a branch school or training point across counties needs to be approved by the county-level education department where the branch school or training point is located. Primary and secondary schools shall not hold or participate in holding off-campus training institutions.
