Is the China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Office well treated?
There is little difference in wages between civil servants before and after they become full members. There is no hierarchy before becoming a full member. Generally, a basic salary will be drawn, which is about 80% after becoming a full member. After grading, it will be determined according to several items such as grade, position and post. These items don't add up to much, just a few hundred dollars. The salary of civil servants focuses on subsidies and so on. . Reprinted: China National Intellectual Property Administration Patent Examination Cooperation Center (Shenxie) treats our unit and Shenxie as brothers. I started training with Shenxie in August. The training of Shenxie is four months, and we may be three months. During the training period, I envied the students of the Association of Examining Judges and found their work very interesting. After examining the patent application, they can put a personal seal on the case, so they have no power. It turns out that the Examination Association also has a patent classification department, which has been placed under the China Patent Technology Development Company since this year, so this year's recruitment must be a real test. Besides, the four months of training have no performance, only the basic salary. I've seen the master's salary slip, about 2,5k, and the doctor's 3k. Within one month after joining the company in August, they distributed a very complete set of stationery, including a USB flash drive, a good blanket, around 200 yuan, and a cooling subsidy from 900 yuan. I don't know if it's two months or three months. Eating is basically free every day, because you can't spend it all at noon 10 yuan, and breakfast is ok. As long as you punch in after 6: 30 in the evening, there will be a working meal. Many people eat at 6 o'clock, punch in after eating, and then leave. After the training, I began to handle cases under the guidance of my tutor. It is said that ordinary examiners have to do more than 8 cases a month, each with a performance of 500. I don't know the upper limit, such as 12? There was no upper limit before. That is to say, the performance guarantee is more than 4k per month, and the young teachers who give us lectures earn about 1 1 block a month (I don't know how much to be a tutor and bring new colleagues). Coupled with the post-training rating, junior examiners will also receive an allowance, and the basic salary will be increased to the application in 2006. There are more than 70 people in our training class, mostly from Tsinghua, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Peking University. I remember there were two Harbin Institute of Technology. Students of Beijing University of Science and Technology and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications may graduate earlier and have been trained in the front line. There are still two issues ahead, and there are many doctors. Work will be very tiring. I don't think this job is boring. I do deep processing of data. This is so boring. The treatment is not particularly good for the time being, is it? There are quite a lot of things distributed at ordinary times. Talents have certain mobility. It is said that more than 30 people left seven or eight times in the first phase last year. They received training from the Intellectual Property Office, so it is very easy to get the qualification of patent agent. Some people jumped ship and went to big patent offices. Some sisters who are going to have children are classified in order to relax. Of course, their identity is not true, but the treatment is similar. It is estimated that patent development companies can't pass the extension, and they need to recruit. Do you want to classify them? However, the number of recruits may not be as large as that of the trial association. The place of work is generally College International or Xuezhixuan. In 2006, several students from our Academy of Sciences went to Shenxie, and I know at least four of them. I feel envious. I regret why I didn't pay attention to the recruitment of Shenxie last year. After training, I have a better understanding of this part of the work. I was not interested in it before, but now I have a strong interest. Generally speaking, this is a sunrise industry, with little pressure, average salary and a sense of accomplishment. Depending on your personal interests, you need to keep learning, such as studying law, Japanese or German. Who makes the number of patent applications in Japan and Germany second only to the United States? But rest assured, according to the patent law, foreign patent applications in China should be handled by foreign-related patent agencies, which have been translated into Chinese. Therefore, they will not always be translators like civil servants in the Intellectual Property Office (but civil servants earn extra money by doing translation, which is not allowed by the examination association).
