The project is located in Yaocun Town, Jinyuan District, with a planned area of 2 square kilometers and a construction land area of 3,300 mu. The construction investment is 654.38+0 billion yuan, and the construction period is four years. After the project is put into production, the annual output value can be 654.38+0.2 billion yuan, and the new tax revenue is about 600 million yuan. There are about 300 incubation projects, training more than 3,000 technicians and nearly 300 entrepreneurs annually, introducing 654.38+050-200 enterprises into the park, and solving the employment problem of nearly 20,000 people.
The project will adopt the construction and operation mode of "government-led, state-owned enterprise operation and social participation", which will be jointly implemented by Jinyuan District Government and Shanxi SME Fund Development Group Co., Ltd. According to the plan, the park will build five major areas: business incubation area, industrial agglomeration area, comprehensive service area, business training area and life service area, complete the functional configuration of start-up business incubation base, growth enterprise cultivation base and mature enterprise production and development base, and form a small and micro enterprise business incubation area and green industry.
It is estimated that in 20 14 years, all the construction tasks of the first phase project will be basically completed, attracting 100 small and medium-sized enterprises to settle down and incubating 300 micro-enterprises. By 20 16, the synchronous development pattern of small and medium-sized enterprises with multi-functional operations such as attracting investment, industrial incubation, venture capital, property right transaction and technical exchange will be realized.
