What is the core value of a professional lecturer? There is no doubt that people engaged in this profession must work hard to find it, which is also the core driving force to guide their own development in the process of employment.
The answer to this question may be defined from a macro perspective: for the prosperity of the country, for the prosperity of enterprises, for the management level of enterprises, for the realization of students' personal values and so on. But later, I found that training only played a partial role in promoting these results, which was an accidental result, not a necessary and sufficient condition, because the prosperity of the country, the development of enterprises and the improvement of employees' performance ability were the results of a combination of various factors and specific development environment, unless there were individual ones.
I define the core value of professional lecturers more from a micro perspective. Professional lecturers are experts, not products. Relying on the promotion platform of the training company, he amplified the value of his products. Therefore, I hate the phenomenon that lecturers cooperate with enterprises and train companies to fight price wars and other industries develop in disorder.
It is not easy for training companies to get orders, especially for companies with some VIP customers, so we must choose lecturers carefully. In short, professional lecturers should cooperate with training institutions to reassure them and vigorously promote the course, on the premise of ensuring the best effect of the course.
I often joke that judging a lecturer's quality depends not only on articles, videos, profiles and courses, but also on whether he has received professional lecturer training, worked in a well-known professional consulting organization, and served big customers for a long time. At the same time, he should communicate with him personally by telephone to understand his expression and communication skills. HR carefully selects training providers, and many people will have a process of personally communicating with lecturers by telephone. Some important big projects need face-to-face communication (but it is more and more difficult, especially for lecturers with hot market), or emphasize the necessary points of training, or communicate the situation of students, or convey the intention of leaders. I object to telling jokes, games and stories that have nothing to do with the course content, because these things are divorced from the function and essence of training. As a professional lecturer, we should enter another realm interface: let students gain and touch from the depths of their hearts, devote themselves to the classroom, concentrate on lectures, and actively cooperate, participate and interact.
At the same time, it is not recommended to talk about black, yellow and red. Specifically, there is no religious belief, no pornographic jokes or jokes, and no political views.
Students' comfort has two meanings: high acceptance, good interaction with students, and help to their work and career development.
