3. Responsible for the research and development of training courses on management, sales skills, product knowledge and quality, the design and compilation of teaching materials, and the implementation of training courses for franchisees and retail terminals.
4. Continuously research and develop training courses, constantly enrich the structure of training courses and improve the content of training courses.
Qualifications:
1, bachelor degree or above in business administration, marketing and other related majors, and more than 2 years experience in underwear brand training or beauty salon terminal training.
2. Good image, strong affinity, excellent speech and motivation, and good team spirit.
3. Be able to skillfully use WORD, EXCEL and PPT to prepare training courses and travel.
