Education and training institutions should have relatively stable and independent school places, and obtain certificates of housing quality and fire control.

The total construction area of the school building is not less than 300 square meters, of which the construction area of the teaching building is not less than 80% of the total construction area of the school building. The classrooms and offices should be located in the same place, and the per capita area during the same training period is not less than 3 square meters.

Schools are not allowed to choose residential buildings, semi-basements, basements and other places with potential safety hazards. Children (/kloc-students under 0/4 years old) should not use more than 3 floors.
