At the same time, it is also stipulated that once the production unit fails to record the education and training of safety production truthfully according to the regulations, it will be punished according to the provisions of Article 94 of the Safety Production Law, including ordering it to make corrections within a time limit, ordering it to suspend production and business for rectification, and imposing fines. In this case, the pharmaceutical factory should truthfully record the education and training of safety production according to law, but considering the overall effect of training and the needs of inspection and supervision of relevant departments, if it fails to truthfully record the education and training of safety production, it should make corrections within a time limit according to law and may be fined. If no correction is made within the time limit, it shall be ordered to suspend production and business for rectification, and a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan but not more than 100,000 yuan shall be imposed, and a fine of not less than 10,000 yuan but not more than 20,000 yuan shall be imposed on the directly responsible person in charge and other directly responsible personnel.
