On-the-job training: Senior staff will take you to learn the detailed operation process of the front desk system (each hotel system is different, simple and rare). The work includes: booking process, check-out process, accounting treatment method, meeting team reception process, travel agency team reception process, foreign guests team individual reception process and matters needing attention! (15 days or so) Business ability needs to be mastered: 1- Pre-authorization to identify credit card and expiry date to identify wild card information and use 2- memory hotel frequent visitor information to flexibly sell rooms! 3- Be able to identify all kinds of documents (Taiwan compatriots card-Hong Kong and Macao Pass-military officer card-soldier card-ID card-passport identification) 4- Be able to accurately upload and check the guests in the external management system and check out! (1-2 months) 5- Have a good mental strain when meeting difficult guests! 6- Fluent in standard Mandarin, with certain oral English communication skills! Answer and solve the questions raised by guests in a timely and effective manner. (2 ~ 3 years)
