Xiangnan Chuanshan Technical School Xiangnan Chuanshan Technical School (formerly Hengyang Technical School) was founded in 198 1, located in Xi Du, the county seat of Hengyang County. It is a public technical education institution organized by Hengyang County People's Government, which belongs to the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
