In addition to research, the teaching and research department also undertakes the task of developing courses independently or auxiliary, that is, the design and development of learning solutions. 3. The training planning department is responsible for investigating and analyzing the organizational needs, post needs and personal needs of training, selecting corresponding learning plans and making short-term and medium-and long-term training plans. Project management department and teaching implementation department are mainly responsible for the implementation of the plan. The training center evaluates and tracks the transformation of the training effect, and feeds back the evaluation results to the scheme selector and the design developer, so as to ensure the continuous improvement of the teaching function of the enterprise university. In addition to these major business departments, some enterprise universities will also set up management committees to make decisions on major issues such as the president arrangement, budget and strategic planning of enterprise universities. Independent college. Since an enterprise university is called a university, it must have many characteristics similar to that of a university. In addition to cultivating talents, enterprise universities can also learn from the university model in organizational form. For example, different colleges are set up under the same enterprise university to meet the needs of different customers, such as leadership college, technical college and marketing college. Each college can set up a separate project management office and curriculum development office to better carry out the professional activities of the college. The position and form of the college are not eclectic, but set according to the strategic needs.
