Key units of fire safety conduct fire drills every few years.
Key units of fire safety shall conduct drills at least once every six months in accordance with the fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan. Fire safety training for employees in public gathering places shall be conducted at least once every six months.

Key units of fire safety shall conduct daily fire inspection; Fire prevention inspection of public gathering places shall be conducted at least once every two hours during business hours, and the business places shall be inspected at the end of business hours to eliminate residual fire.

Key units of fire safety shall conduct fire safety training for each employee at least once a year.

Key units of fire safety shall conduct drills at least once every six months in accordance with the fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan.

Matters needing attention for key units of fire safety:

1. The fire fighting and evacuation drill plan shall be adjusted in time according to the personnel adjustment. During the fire drill, obvious signs should be set up and the personnel within the drill scope should be informed in advance.

2. Organizational procedures and measures for emergency evacuation, and procedures and measures for fighting the initial fire.

3. In view of the weak safety awareness of firefighters in key fire safety units, the unfamiliarity of fire management personnel's fire operation procedures, the wrong initial fire disposal procedures, and the inadequate implementation of fire safety responsibility system, it is necessary to formulate fire emergency evacuation plans, which plays an important role in improving the fire safety management level and fire emergency disposal ability of social units and preventing and reducing fire hazards.

Publicity, education and training should include:

(a) the relevant fire laws and regulations, fire safety system and operating rules to ensure fire safety;

(two) the fire risk and fire prevention measures of this unit and this post;

(three) the performance of fire fighting facilities and the use of fire fighting equipment;

(four) the knowledge and skills of reporting fires, fighting initial fires and self-help and escape.

Legal basis:

Article 16 of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) * * * Organs, organizations, enterprises, institutions and other units shall perform the following fire safety duties: (1) Implement the fire safety responsibility system, formulate their own fire safety systems and fire safety operating rules, and formulate fire fighting and emergency evacuation plans;

(two) in accordance with national standards and industry standards, the allocation of fire facilities and equipment, set up fire safety signs, and organize regular inspection and maintenance to ensure that it is in good condition and effective;

(three) at least once a year to conduct a comprehensive inspection of building fire control facilities, to ensure that they are in good condition and effective, and the inspection records should be complete and accurate, and kept on file for future reference;

(four) to ensure the smooth passage of evacuation routes, safety exits and fire engines, and to ensure that the fire prevention and smoke prevention zones and fire prevention intervals meet the technical standards for fire control;

(five) the organization of fire inspection, timely elimination of fire hazards;

(six) to organize targeted fire drills;

(seven) other fire safety duties as prescribed by laws and regulations.

Article 17 Fire-fighting and rescue institutions of local people's governments at or above the county level shall identify the units that may cause fire, heavy casualties or property losses as the key units of fire safety within their respective administrative areas, and the emergency management departments shall report them to the people's governments at the corresponding levels for the record.

Key units of fire control safety shall perform the following fire control safety duties in addition to the duties specified in Article 16 of this Law:

(a) to determine the fire safety administrator and organize the implementation of the fire safety management of the unit;

(two) the establishment of fire files, determine the key parts of fire safety, set fire signs, and implement strict management;

(three) the implementation of daily fire inspection, and establish inspection records;

(four) to conduct pre-job fire safety training for employees, and organize regular fire safety training and fire drills.
