According to the provisions of China's Labor Contract Law, whoever sends personnel to train will pay the training fee, and if the training is conducted by the employer, it will be paid by the employer.
The employing unit shall perform the following obligations: implement the national labor standards, provide corresponding working conditions and labor protection, inform the dispatched workers of their work requirements and remuneration, pay overtime wages and performance bonuses, provide welfare benefits related to their jobs, and provide the dispatched workers with necessary job training.
