Ingredients: baby cabbage, vermicelli, garlic and onion.
Steps:
1. Mix garlic juice: put minced garlic+two spoonfuls of soy sauce+one spoonful of vinegar+one spoonful of oyster sauce+a little salt and sugar into a bowl and mix well.
2. Soak the vermicelli until it becomes soft. Put vermicelli and a layer of baby cabbage on the bottom of the plate, pour garlic sauce on the pan and steam for ten minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
