How should enterprises educate and train their employees about safety in production?
The Law on Safety in Production stipulates: \x0d\ Article 25 The production and business operation entity shall educate and train the employees in safety in production, so as to ensure that the employees have the necessary knowledge of safety in production, be familiar with the rules and regulations related to safety in production, master the safety operation skills of their posts, understand the emergency measures for accidents and know their rights and obligations in safety in production. \x0d\ Employees who have not passed the safety education and training are not allowed to work at their posts. \x0d\ Where a production and business operation entity uses labor dispatch personnel, it shall bring the labor dispatch personnel into the unified management of its employees, and educate and train the labor dispatch personnel in post safety operation procedures and safety operation skills. \x0d\ The labor dispatch unit shall provide necessary safety education and training to the dispatched workers. \x0d\ Where the production and business operation entity accepts the internship of students from secondary vocational schools or institutions of higher learning, it shall provide corresponding safety education and training for the interns and provide necessary labor protection articles. \x0d\ The school shall assist the production and business operation entities to educate and train interns in production safety. \x0d\ The production and business operation entity shall establish a safety production education and training file, and truthfully record the time, content, participants and assessment results of safety production education and training. \x0d\ Article 26 When adopting new technologies, new processes, new materials or new equipment, production and business operation entities must understand and master their safety technical characteristics, take effective safety protection measures, and conduct special safety education and training for employees. \x0d\ Article 27 Special operators of production and business operation entities must receive special safety operation training in accordance with relevant state regulations and obtain corresponding qualifications before taking up their posts. \x0d\ The scope of special operators shall be determined by the safety production supervision and management department of the State Council in conjunction with relevant departments of the State Council.
