2. On-the-job training: the training for civil servants when they first enter the office is mainly to familiarize themselves with the business and working environment. The training content of on-the-job training mainly focuses on the policy level, organizational leadership ability and professional knowledge necessary for the proposed leadership position. The training method is mainly resignation training, and the length of time depends on the actual needs;
3. Specialized business training: It is closely related to the specialized business of civil servants, mainly to improve their professional skills and knowledge. The content, time and methods of professional business training should be determined according to the needs of special work. Civil servants are engaged in special work, which means that civil servants are transferred from the organs to complete a certain task, such as population census, family planning, economic census, etc. Because of the needs of the country and the government;
4. On-the-job training: a kind of training to update knowledge and improve working ability. Let civil servants do a good job and improve work efficiency and work attitude. On-the-job amateur training generally takes the form of on-the-job training in TV universities, industrial universities, evening universities, correspondence universities, higher education, various short-term training courses, series of lectures, various training centers, self-study exams, etc. The specific forms of full-time special training usually include various vocational middle schools and staff universities, or entrust institutions of higher learning and scientific research institutions to carry out training on their behalf.

The types of punishment for civil servants of administrative organs are:
(1) warning;
(2) recording a demerit;
(3) recording gross demerits;
(4) demotion;
(5) dismissal;
(6) expulsion.
