Legal analysis: According to the relevant provisions of Chinese laws, training institutions can sign corresponding contracts according to law. Under normal circumstances, if there is a breach of contract, you can bring a lawsuit to the court according to law. If the contract is recognized as legal and valid by the people's court, the breaching party must bear the liability for breach of contract and pay the liquidated damages according to law. If the agreed liquidated damages are illegal, the people's court will make a fair judgment.

Where a contract text is concluded in two or more languages, and the agreement is equally authentic, the words used in each text shall have the same meaning. If the words and expressions used in each text are inconsistent, they shall be interpreted according to the relevant terms, nature, purpose and principle of good faith of the contract.
