Maintenance coordination management: the main responsibility is to initiate the annual centralized maintenance, maintenance and repair projects of the company. Promote and track the internal and external processes of equipment maintenance. Communicate the maintenance plan and schedule with the manufacturer. Follow-up and implementation of equipment procurement and renovation projects. Schedule management of daily inspection, maintenance and repair of equipment.
Equipment expert: The main responsibility is to comprehensively analyze, evaluate and summarize the equipment failures. Comprehensive analysis of equipment procurement. Determination of equipment transformation scheme. Understand the characteristics of similar major equipment in the industry.
Driller: Responsible for the operation of the brake handle. Be directly responsible for the work of drilling floor and drilling crew, and be responsible for the operation of drilling equipment and lifting equipment.
Derrickman: When the drill string is lowered or lifted from the well, the Derrickman works on the derrick; When running the drill string into the well, fix the elevator on the drill string assembly; The elevator is opened when the drill string is lifted out of the well. According to the power transmission mode, rotary drilling rig can be divided into rotary drilling rig and downhole power drilling rig: rotary drilling rig is equipped with rotary table at the wellhead of drilling floor, and the center of rotary table has a square hole, and the Kelly at the upper end of drill string passes through the square hole, which is connected with drill string and drill bit.
